This one is a MUST READ.....
''Good Day Stella,
This is from of one of your blog visitors residing in Benin City. Our Comrade governor has been in the press recently, commenting and condemning Jonathan's Past Administration.
He should please mind his business and face his own state issues. Let me list some issues he has used, several billions of Naira to do in the State, but no improvement. I will give this to the man though, the man's marketer is one of the bests in the political game. Our baba can market himself for Africa.
1. 10 months after their strike, and several staffs of the Edo State Judiciary Service have not been paid. Only God knows how they have survived this far, he told them to resume and they will be paid, but they are still waiting for their credit alerts.
2. GRA roads are having port holes again. Before the rains began, residents in the GRA side of Benin city. Noticed rapid constructions around major roads. Some dead roads were revived, Ihama Road- Adesuwa Road, Adesuwa - Sapele Road etc The ones that were patched, well sorry to say, they don start to open mouth again. Some mouth wet open are even worse now.
3. The main one that made me write today is Textile mill road. The road is terrible, and our Comrade said because Osunbor commissioned the road, he doesn't want to work on it so Osunbor won't take the glory. I have never been that baffled before.
People were really justifying the statement that yes, I understand what he is saying. I was just upset, that's rubbish. No matter who commissioned a road in your state, if it is bad, it should be fixed. It's the people in the state that enjoy the road, not the person that commissioned it. As rain start fiam i fled the place, i no fit swim abeg. I have attached pictures to show you what I am talking about.
Then finally this one is for Benin People, Una too dirty. All the yamayam for gutter, Na Oshiomole put am there? No sorry, I forget say na your Local Government Chairman throw the dirty for there.
Latter Una go dey complain "we no fit sleep erosion don full our house" why e no go enter when Una don use all Una nylon and tomatoe basket block gutter.
I remember when we were young and everyone will clean their house and environment and even nearby gutters. Today it's a thing of the past .
(If you no fit enter gutter pay all those area boys wey dey find money to clean am).
You will be passing a road and smelling all manner of condemned urine, Kia UTI full people belle o. Condom no fit protect your partner from such dirtiness and disease. Please keep your body and environment clean, and also please keep Edo State Clean.
Stella waffy geh of Life, I hail.

Deletevery dirty! . osho don take all theie money give lara and her families
DeleteAs in eh, dirty is an understatement. New Benin market dirty na tori for another day. Jeez, that place stinks! Different kinds of odour rolled into one. When rain falls in Benin you have cause to fear. You fi swim reach house.
DeleteGRA na apology; terrible roads.
Gov Oshiomhole, face your work and stop attacking other people.
Oba mkt nko?.,
DeleteI live in GRA too n the road Na apology

ReplyDeleteOh my state,Erosion has always been our problem,Oshom seem to hv relocated to abj, we don't hv a gov....hope Abians are preparing their memo lol
ReplyDeleteI thought Osho had sense until I went to Edo for service.
DeleteThe state is rily in a bad shape now. D roads re in a deplorable state, judiciary workers haven't been paid salary dis year, gratuities re being owned to pensioners, 5000 youths were recently laid off and re currently on d streets, traders n drivers re being haunted by d taskforce etc. Dis govo won't see dis tins. All he does is cast aspersions on other politicians but himself. He can't make a complete sentence without abusing d PDP n ex President Jonathan. He shud focus on rebuilding d state n quietly STHU.
DeleteThis is highly shocking and sad!
DeleteAnd he has the audacity to criticize someone else smh
Ok, Weldon!!!!
ReplyDeletena only the one when adams nor do una dey see the one when im do how una take maintain am???
ReplyDeleteyou don't expect him to repair the whole of edo state at once it takes time
if past governments had done what he is doing edo would have been the most beautiful state in Nigeria.
What are you talking about? But he was quick in doing his village before the main city. See Ugbowo road, since ages they have been doing that road and yet .Abi na five-junction? The most backward state I have ever seen. Benin city is supposed to be more developed as it is, but juju no gree dem prosper. Most beautiful state my foot!
DeleteGbam. 8 yrs of lucky he no erect signboard.
DeleteShut up myopic idiot. It is people like you that makes the idiot called governor is not doing anything. All you people know how to do is compare his tenure with lucky tenure. What has your stupid loud mouthed governor done in that state? It was this same thing I was telling a cab driver today when he was defending the governor. All the roads in Benin are BAD. I kept asking anybody that cared to listen what is going on in the state. I went for few days visit and shocked and dissapointed is an understatement of what I saw in Benin. You people should stop defending him foolishly, you voted him into that position so let him work. Let him do his job instead of running mouth everywhere and putting up billboards of non existent projects. Useless man.
DeleteOk oo!Osho Baba over to you. Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones
ReplyDeleteGoing out after it rains is torture, if the rain meets u outside it is torture. ALL the intra state road are bad especially when it rains, the commercial bus drivers nd taxi men are very lawless and they flout traffic rules all the time. I dont blame osho baba for marketing himself, idiot lucky igbinedion made him look good
ReplyDeleteWow this is a good write up
ReplyDeleteVery soon na canoe people go take Dae enter house 4dumez n some oda parts of sapele Rd.
ReplyDeleteOsho Baba please do something about the bad roads.
ReplyDeleteStella everytin boils down to the pipu abeg! Na government go help na clean dirty! Du ur part as a good citizen!
ReplyDeleteDon't mind Oshiomole. The roads r so bad. Infact, all roads in Benin but he was able to do the road leading to his villa. Useless man. Erosion don chop Edo state finish yet no means of clean water.
ReplyDeleteThe road that leads to his villa is a federal road. His house is even by the road. How he take repair federal road?
DeleteOshiomole is the biggest thief we have after Amaechi, Theodore Orji and Martins Elechi. Every part of Edo state looks like a village. The roads r so bad. Moron was able to do just the road leading to his village. Erosion wants to finish Edo state. No clean water. Truly, Edo people self dirty especially Auchi people. They can never do environmental. Only clean villa av seen is Apana. The rest r just messed up tho agenebode is manageable. Mtchewww.
ReplyDeleteAs in, he's hypocrisy is first grade. Its all bcos Lucky igbinedion finished d state and the little work Osho is doing is making him feel like King Solomon.
DeleteMadam you know noting about roads in edo state. I agree benin is bad but roads in edo north especially auchi is very good.
DeleteEdo state erosion is not a state govt job. It needs federal intervention. With all the money allocated to edo state and the ones generated won't even solve erosion problem in the state.
I was born in auchi and my family still live there till infinity. Talk about other things but leave erosion out of it.
Buahahahaha
ReplyDeleteNicely written. Especially the last part to the benin residents. But truth be told majority if Nigerians are dirty, not just benin people.
Nor mind dat idiot wey call herself la fresh.she dey yarn rubbish..is u dat neat pass
DeleteHahahahaha. Anon he dey pain you cos you dirty abi? Na me write the memo?
DeleteLike Bianca said, majority of Nigerians are dirty. Most of us are guilty. We eat in the car and throw outside the window.
Anon oya try to dey clean you hear. Hahahaha
*of
ReplyDeleteOk nice. Edo people too dirty THAT include u. How many times u don clean ur own gutter hissss.
ReplyDeleteBest comment ever
DeleteAfter cleaning the gutters, what happens to the pot holes?
DeleteEdo state Governor is good @ being in the press daily for different reasons, the man is a talker, ever since he came back to power for second term he has since forgot and neglect his official duties and instead use the state allowance for his personal use. He has introduced the same thuggery he drove out in his first tenure in office, many thugs who collect money illegally from the people. That man is cunning, teachers have not been paid their salaries and same with local government workers. All he dose this days is to throw tantrums like a child, anyway he is leaving office soon
ReplyDeleteMadam Osato thank God say you know say una people dirty.
ReplyDeleteSharrap u nor dirty?ewu
DeleteIf our people dirty, waiten you go say yoruba people be? Them clean abi?
DeleteHahahaha, na wa o. Willie, thank. You for cleaning Onitsha up
DeleteLa fresh. If u don't knw abt happenings here in Edo, I guess u keep mute.
Delete@makaveli. I'm a daughter of the soil so I don't need anyone to tell me about the happenings in edo state.
DeleteRoads in benin are bad and I never sid they're not. But if anyone comes here to lie about something I know I'll defend it.
The only road that leads to Oshios villa is a federal road. No one should come here and say that's the only rod he repaired cos he didn't repair it.
He repaired roads in villages in the state. I can testify for auchi, my villa and some others I know.
The Iru ewu man is gallivanting from one media house to another talking about Gej when things like this should be his number one priority.
ReplyDeleteThat Textile mill road has always been bad .I can't remember that junction that leads to Dawson, ring road and the other road.Oba's wife's house is situated on that Dawson road. The 'poto-poto' there no be for here. Oshiomole be busy killing others meanwhile the heavy log in his eyes has refused to remove it .Abi e don use state money to woo and marry his trophy wife. Abi na Adolo junction? Forever bad and flooded .Na wa for that state sha .
ReplyDeleteBefore I finished the memo I concluded it was written by a benin person, d pidgin was on point..
Delete@Shyla, Adolor forever bad when I was in uniben(lucky's time) we trek from Adolor, ubth and co to school cos those roads are blocked once it rains..Baba Osho, ekenwan road too almost finished if not for ojemai and someone else!! Dumez don scatter since british rule no be today!
Adolor junction? Jesus!
DeleteI have bad memories of that place. One time rain fell, there was serious traffic as some cars were stuck, so no way. Had to trek to Uniben. I don't even wanna talk about Ekosodin road. Gov Oshiomhole, is Ekosodin not part of Benin city? That place has been forgotten. So glad I left in one piece.
The problem with Edo state is that they traditional grounds which would have been good sources of channeling the water away from the road, afterall it's overgrown with weeds and all sorts of fetish things, they refused to give the state. Where drainage is meant to be, you will see stupid houses blocking them. Touch any of those houses in the bid to construct the road, na so so rain go dey fall whenever you wan do work, frustrating efforts. I throway cap for those people sha.
ReplyDeleteAll he said was true, my sister took me to her shop in GRA in benin the day I went to see her and the family and I was forced to ask her if this is truly GRA, too many damaged roads, my sister side for ikpoba hill ah that one na story for another day
ReplyDeleteOshiomole onise
ReplyDeleteEven pensioners he is owing them 4 months salary how does he expect them to survive, these people have paid their dues pay them their pension now no way, gratuity sef they never see, local government workers up till now he's still owing them more than 7months and he is here talking rubbish
ReplyDeleteyoo waa
ReplyDeleteAnytym m passing tru dat road,my heart always skips like say I fit just do abracadabra n gbam I don escape dat particular spot cus na waste person dey hear.person go com just still get waste pain at dis early age cus of bad roads 4 benin.d tin long 4 ground oooo nor b as e jez small 4 piks sooo..osho do somtin oooo n stop dey do oversabi 4 oder pipo own..**side eye**
ReplyDeletei need memo on abia state ooo. who will bring that out.
ReplyDeleteWonderful memo. My own memo would be to Almakura of Nasarawa state and Wada of Kogi State. It's good to start calling out all this "politiefcians" so that they can change and work small.
ReplyDeleteI swear Adolo is very very bad. I went there last week and I had to swim with my shoes on. Or is it Uselu? Holes are everywhere. The truth is that he did major roads during the first term, by the second term oya on your own oooooo Edo people.
ReplyDeleteThe truth is that he started well, but ended terribly.
One day, the man had the guts to pass akpapava road he then wound down his glass to wave. Who send am abeg, after his Mopol has used force to push and intimidate everybody from the road. His one year should do and end abeg.
Next year he will commission that new building on central road(Central hospital extension), and oya he will market himself out of office.
Spending all your money on the girl that has no dress sense
ReplyDeleteIf rain fall meet you for road for benin you go hate yourself.Ekpoma sef is something else, too much erosion..
ReplyDeleteI am an Edo/Delta girl and to be fair, I think Governor Oshiomole has tried. When I returned to Edo State after being away for about 3 years, I could not recognize it. If Lucky Igbinedion and other predecessors had done a quarter of what Oshiomhole has done, Edo State would have been better. Please, go to Igbanke village in Orhionmwon LGA and see how he has transformed the roads. Dual carriage, very well tarred. He has done much better than former Governor Uduaghan of Delta State. Yes, he cannot do everything, and can still do more. But he has tried for now.
ReplyDeleteOshiomole tried? U say wat? Plz say the truth abeg
DeleteUpon as Osho make noise reach? Chai..
ReplyDeleteU dey mind Osho baba, talking rubbish about GEJ. I was like why can't he mind his State that is rotting away and on his wife who Rochas will soon snatch from him.
ReplyDeletePot calling kettle black.
Hahaha@mouth action Oshomole
ReplyDeleteNice write up.
ReplyDeleteBaba do d needful oooo.
I think this is a good initiative, thanks to the BV that sent in this memo. I know that even if the Governor does not read blogs, people close to him will read and let him know. And all BV's should remember that the elections are over and it is time to hold our leaders accountable for what we expect from them, so irrespective of the party you support, it's time to be objective and call it like it is. This is democracy, it's for the citizens of Nigeria to enjoy good governance.
ReplyDeleteOslo try abeg... He is the best Governor in Edo history... better than Oyegun, Lucky, Osunbor...
ReplyDelete*Osho
ReplyDeleteU this laFresh, otoro ga agbapu gi otule, nwa mpi like you, keep on defending him, idiot wey no get sense that's what you are. Stella post my comment oo
ReplyDeleteStella, this flood is learning compared to what we used to experience in Asaba, delta state. Uduaghan is terrible, him and his wife ruined the hell out of delta, anyday it rains, na public holiday for my colleagues and I since our office is on okpanam road and we'll need canoe 2 paddle thru. Edo state is Paris compared to delta state. Now see the billion naira mansion uduaghan is building opp event centre, he's building on 4 plots, everything there is bullet proof, I know bcos I wok for a construction firm. Uduaghan, u have done ur worst, nw take the back seat and wait for God's pinishment.
ReplyDeletePlease BV go and learn the difference between a Local Govt, state and Federal road. People mentioning Fedral roads and they don't know it's the Formal Fedral minister of roads the reconstructed the road. Education in Nigeria is in shambles.
ReplyDeleteFor a BV that said Erosion control is not a state govt project? REALLY NIGGA? Please improve your IQ before you comment. Why construct road when you know it will get bad in the next 4 years again? Because of lack of adequate drainage facility. It simly shows you are there to patch things up, put a bandage and not deeply solve a problem.
It's the duty of the government in power to develop drainage and it is the duty of the Citizens of the town, to throw away their wastes accordingly. Yes people that throw their nylons on the express while travelling are not left out, some buses have dustbin, please make good use of it.
If Buhari has plans to transom the country, the people need to first transform thier own habits, though process and lives. Next elections I am going to vote, but only for leaders that truly love and have the interest of thier people at heart.
I am hopefully waiting for the time God will raise leaders like the king of Dubai in Nigeria. I will be full of Joy, I could not read that book past 10 pages, I was full of sorrow for my own country. The God deposited the love for his nation in that man's heart. That man is full of wisdom, terrorist don't know what Islam is all about.
Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo please put all your sentiments and money making schemes aside and let us start questioning and making our government know that we see the evil they do. In this hopefully we can slowly change Nigeria.
Yoruba and edo people are the same one and ten pence. no difference at all. dirty people. yamayama people.
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha, see kettle calling pot black. So Oshomole no tidy his state before barking at past administration. Bia ndi Edo, una no get governor, na Abuja the old wowo man dey stay now. He wake up with Goodlucks administration and go to bed with that. Old man wey use money buy fine girl. Fix your state in other first before condemning another.
ReplyDeleteok
ReplyDeleteOsho is preparing for life after Govt House..he is working for Federal appointment...
ReplyDeleteDidn't know he was such a hypocrite till this his second term..To say I'm disappointed in him is an understatement.....
Yet he's so goal about others....
All he does is spend government money in hosting orgies, let's hope now that he has married at least that one has stopped....
Truly, no one would have I,gained that he would underperform this much but I guess he showed his true self with the 'Go and Die' saga
I like the valuable info you provide in your articles.
