    Nothing is wrong with him. He just came down from the tumultous seat of governance,8 nail biting years plus years of Speakership. Who wouldnt be tired?
    To crown it all,they just wont let him rest. Oh,you dont know that for a delegation to look like the CHANGE AGENTS THEY PROFESS,RCA needs to be there?.
