    1. I have done it way back in 2011... Can still do it now as I got no skeleton to hide

    2. If you have nothing to hide, I don't see why not. It's all about trust and sincerity between the couple.

Husby sure does leave his phone for me. I have his password and he knows mine. We have nothing to hide from each other.

Marriages differ one from another. And trust between married couples don't just come, it is built over time. Especially with d rate of infidelity going on, trust has become a scarce commodity in today's marriages.

Apart from infidelity, people may have other reasons to hide their phones from their spouses eg bank statements etc.

Trust and openness are vital ingredients to foster a strong marriage. When we come that level in our marriage where we trust and are sincere to each other, marriage becomes sweeter.

    11. Nahhh seriously can't be bothered. Not interested biko. But I did something mischievous whilst still dating though. I diverted the calls of my then BF to my cell phone. He wasn't technology savvy at the time so he just noticed his phone was silent without incoming calls. The girls that called nearly ran mad.. one in particular called repeatedly and was questioning me. Funny thing is I was very polite to everyone, although stylishly cocky but authoritative.

She asked..."where is T?"...and I went..."he's not available now, can I take a message?".... she answered.."who are u? Is he dead or what?'...I said... NOP, he can't spk to u now, do u have a msg?".......
she yelled back.... "NO I'll call him back, but Who are u btw ?"...... I said...." if I'm not his PA or sister, what else could I be to him?".. and the bitch hung up. Ahahah it was fun.

Meanwhile when I finally got to my dude, he was begging me to help him ring the service provider that something was wrong with his phone. Yea, I did those kind of things for him cos he just couldn't be asked. Sha I let him know what I did o. And he didn't speak to me for a week or so. Guess the chic cussed his life for being a mumu. Whether na me or she be the side chic then sef, I no know.

    1. One of the reasons I left my ex bf, how can a man be that complicated. His phones r always passworded, even his laptop. And the worst part is even if he opens the phone for u, the pics section has it own password, the BBm and whatsapp has password. He always tried to make me feel special above all the other girls wanting his attention and when he gives me the password, it's a mixture of letters, numbers, signs and things that u can never rmbr again in ur life. How he even manages to rmbr them I don't know. I used to pity him then cos that can of lifestyle was very strange to me. I don't even know how to close chats on my BBM sef all my conversation since last year is der open. Until I started reading blogs and understanding that it was normal for ppl to keep secrets even in relationships. But I sent him away sharp sharp. Anyways am married now and my hubby and I have never had any reason to keep our phones from each other in the Five years of dating and two years of marriage. I read his phone daily and when he is bored he goes thru my phone mayb once in two weeks or less.

    1. really! I wouldnt dare, not coz im cheating but coz ma hubby feels insecured. A simple "hello running late, please inform oga" from a male colleague will cause serious gbege. He is a good man and he loves the children and I but his jealousy is deep. Ive decided to live with it and embrace the sweet side of him. The annoying part is my mother calls it love. 7 years of marriage, e no gree change but im grateful for the fact that he has never hit me. So till i get a slap someday, he is my love, my friend and my Darling Husband

  28. I don't know all these things about snooping or not snooping o, I go thru my husbands phone every single day, I read all his conversation (wt male and female) friends everyday. I get all his emails on my phone, I have all the passwords to his social media accounts and vice versa. It's not even about trust issues, it's about security. And it also makes life easier, sometimes he is in a busy place and he will just ask me to either send or reply to emails for him. Obviously am in the know of all his conversations. His company and personal accounts, my company and personal accounts all mean same to us and anyone can operate any. His family and mine are at same level of importance so whatever decision he makes or I make is very likely representative of us as a family.
Truth is we have been like this even as friends, I rmbr always having his ATM card with me during school days and the last 12 years there has been no reason to doubt each other. So I always marvel at all these team snoop or no snoop cos I don't even know which one I belong to as I only do it as part of my day to keep myself updated about him and also spy on all those friends who ask him for ridiculous monies so I know how much I will agree to when he brings it up *winks .

I have the password to everything he has, I don't even bother goin through his phone in the name of looking for something, he sometimes forgets his phone at home and his phone doesn't even have password. I was my hubby's next of kin right from our dating days, so when I see this snooping ish I just wonder why a husband wil hide password from his wife, bf /gf relationship maybe but in marriage, that's weird.

My phone is fingerprinted and the password would take profect Elijah 40/days fasting to tell just an alphabet.
    I'm coded for life.
The blow life and marriage has dealt me can never be forgotten In a hurry and trust me of youre so carefully coded like me,you won't be bothered the least about getting in anyone's space cos I don't even curr if DH's phone is passworded.
But I remember the day my screen got smashed....
I gave DH to fix my LCD....
    Omg!!!
I almost fainted....I was so worried about the mags that could Pop up on screen or even my mumu calls that I coded.
Through out I kept ringing DH to know what's up till the phone was fixed and yes he picked couple of my calls and callers were forming customers .
My life is interesting cos I'm wiser than solomon.

  41. Lol....I have a feeling that the results would differ among the sexes, especially with regards to the relationship status.

For the married.....The men would be a lot more guilty compared to the women cos quite a lot of ladies dnt keep unnecessary communication with folks from the opposite sex after marriage, unlike the men.

For the unmarried(Regular naija rshps)......The guilt level wld be quite close but d females would top the males cos our ladies have grown with the adage -- Never keep all your eggs in one basket...so different stages of back-up plans are available. Lol...#pun intended#

  46. My wife has access to all my devices. In-fact, I sometimes login to my social media apps on her devices and forget to logout. She is always reading my sms and chat on other messaging apps because she complains I don't talk enough and that's the fastest way to catch up with whats happening in my life.

Its been that way for years since we've been married. It caused issues only once when she started interpreting a certain conversation tread wrongly - a lady that kept referring to me as "dear" in chat. I tried to explain that it was nothing, just the lady's way of talking (like some people call everyone "love"). But na lie o! She no one gree, said the lady liked me and I am not seeing it! OK, even if the lady liked me, don't I have a say in how matters turn out?!

Anyway, I had to instruct her keep her hands off my devices, but some habits die hard. She still goes through my phone now and then but I am not concerned. I live so above board, I have no reason to be concerned. Besides, attempting to prevent her will only make her start to think I have something to hide!

  58. I can give my phone but I know my husband will never give his cos he is a bastard cheater. His phone is always locked. The things I have found by snooping are unforgivable, I just live with him and focus on my work and child. This guy paid a girls trip to London and I found out by snooping and they went together imagine. Since then I just do what's best for me, no pity. I will stay in the marriage but I can never ever trust him so omo I have become extremely selfish. I can never tell him if I make any money or how much never, keep it all.

  61. As for me I can but my husband will rather die than do same cos he is a dog......sadly the marriage is almost hitting the rocks as he is currently in a relationship with an Efik bitch.....I became team snoop when I found out about an affair and since then he passworded phone, iPad, laptop and every device......this was not my idea of marriage and sadly where I found myself......in all I believe in second chances and I believe love will find me again....good riddance to a cheating husband....in case u are reading this, your moving out has made me free and contrary to what you think I will survive...am waiting for karma to give u a slice of how u have treated me
