ReplyDelete"Most boko haram members are Christians"
ReplyDeleteHow is that possible?
A lawyer has said that it is not in the place of the president or his vice to decide that their salaries be halved. He says there's a "constitutional" body that regulates the salaries of govt officials, and as such, due process must follow. He however suggested that if they must halve it, they would have to first collect the entire salary, and then return the %50 into an account that would go back to the govt/people. But officially, he says it's not feasible.
ReplyDeleteYou are just so intelligent
