If you have been following the news then you should know that Gov Rochas was recently in Washington DC alongside President Buhari.

 We all saw him having a handshake with President Obama of America......

 I can understand his excitement because it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to shake hands with a sitting President of America.

    Don't blame Rochas, you guys won't understand. Considering his very poor background and the abject poverty he faced growing up, who could have believed that this the same boy from an unknown background will one day shake the hand of the most powerful man in the world.     I doubt if Okorocha is aware of dz billboard . D billboard is of low quality n Okorocha who I undstd , celebrates showing off . Dz maybe d handwork of his detractors .
    On a second thought , I think he is trying 2 measure d feelings of Imolites towards dz action of his . Though he has denied it , according 2 him ,he said dat it could b his political friends dat did it to impress him . Whatever , Imolites don't need it now , pay them thier salaries .
