Ogar was transferred, that is part of the duty she signed up to. They can be transferred anywhere at anytime to serve their country. She has lots of experience and she can be transferred anywhere to use her experience to resolve issues or problems in certain areas, she can also pass on her experience there to her colleagues so they can also know how to deal with certain situations.

    Why are you so stupid and hell bent on displaying your stupidity to the world. It is this attitude that is killing you and your people and that is why you will never progress.
