  19. I have said it. If I have the cash,my kids MUST school abload. I have seen highly intelligent that come out with 2.2 here. They read, they study, they do everything but some wicked lecturers will team up n frustrate that child. Ya'all know this is true

    2. Please that's a lie, I graduated with a 2:1 from a federal university. Many People have graduated with first class from Nigeria too and are graduating with that on a daily basis.
Does going abroad mean they'd open your head and put the knowledge or what? You either have it or you don't.
And sleeping your way through school doesn't guarantee good grades either.

    3. Before she went to surry, she studied at unilag and still had a first class ...if you got it ,you got it .

    4. I also think it has to do with the conducive environment. A person who graduates with a 2.1 with hardworking in Nigeria is most likely to get a first class abroad. Other factors include lecturers who reserve As n Bs to sweeten their wife's sour soups. Lol.

    5. All you people that say first class there is basically equal to 2:1 here..stop basing your beliefs on hypothesis..prove that it is..there's no point believing in something that you aren't sure of..maybe the lecturers do hinder progress but that doesn't change the fact that first class is first class and 2:1 is 2:1..

  31. It's not because she's abroad, while she was in Unilag, she was a first class student. She's just smart and dedicated, that's all. Quit making up a reason for her success, she could have graduated with a first class anywhere, just congratulate her and move on.
