  4. The sultan should encourage his subjects to speak English more. Almost every office you enter in Sokoto, they'll start a conversation in hausa like hausa is the lingua franca ; in my ppa, hausa is spoken on the assembly ground and teachers teach even English in hausa. They need English more than history
