President Mohammadu Buhari who arrived Johannesburg, South Africa earlier today for the 25th AU Peace and Security Council Summit has been made the Chairman.
Speaking, he said "We must change the face of Africa, we must give hope to the hopeless."
The Peace and Security Council is set to discuss South Sudan and Burundi, as well as the threat of terrorism and violent extremism in Africa.
