    3. Some black women even abroad are sick, not only in naija, just recently on a coach in Dallas, I sat beside one black guy, he called his woman, and started raking her for not picking her calls since, in his words "remind me to beat the shit out of ur dumb head immediately I get home" he said this in anger a couple of times, cursed her and cut the phone. Geeez, I shuddered and immediately changed my seat, I kept feeling sorry for the babe, what could I have done?

    4. Where's your pride n dignity woman? In the latrine I guess! Go pick em up, wash, sanitize them and wear them like a garment before your life is cut short...

If this is what having a man is all about, let me carry a placard with "i am a whore" boldly written on it.

    7. The way some women carry Mrs title for head, you go fear God. The crap they take is not even funny. I have a friend that works full time but hubby stays home and plays ps4 all day and carry girls. The day I advised her to do something about it, she asked me where does she start from and at least she has a guy. I just sharrap. Did I mention the hubby gets a weekly allowance? Women don suffer oh.

    1. Its not low self esteem. Its her personal choice. Shey we all read the article how some women glorify their men beating them as it turns them on, some I know in that category are way more successful personally than most of you judging dem, so with all uour self esteem who are you? Learn to respect people' choice, you cant take it doesnt mean its bad for them...#seedLGBT

  15. This is plenty Nigerian women mindset. They will receive any sort of treatment, just to be married, weda na BEAST or MAN. They do not care.
The rate us single ladies are smtimes treated in this country, it's so sadddd.
You can imagine a driver and I were arguing over parking or smthn silly. That's how he said. " That is why ure not married at ur age". If you see how I abused him, Mind you im 30, have 6yrs xperience in d bank, worked previously in Investment Banking for 3yrs. I told him "That is why you are double my age and will never own the type of car im driving". You will never achieve what I have achieved in my 30yrs. I will rather be single, dan wailing in poverty. SINGLE STATUS CAN BE CHANGED TO MARRIAGE STATUS. BUT IT TAKES ALOT FOR WRECHEDNESS TO BE CHANGED
    You can imagine the insult.

  45. Very wrong mindset cos one should be married and not enslaved, its an institution ordained by God n on no account should one torture his spouse. on the other hand, its not a do or die affair either, one shouldnt pass through hell on earth just for the title of MRS

    ReplyDelete
  46. Clear case of "onye isi nkuka?"

  47. I keep saying having a marriage and being married at two very different things. One is a partnership and a journey you take together good and bad time, richer and poorer (marriage) and the other is a status bestowed on you (married). The status one you're "grateful" to the one who gave u the status you "enjoy" and the higher position over those singles, spinster and bachelor. Our society (globally it seems) has confused being married for having a marriage. You sign paper and then o pari, no growth, just continue as u were before signing dotted line

  48. That's how my younger cousin was beat black and blue then thrown down the stairs by her husband even breaking her nose one time, then she has the audacity to call her eldest sister who I'm living with in UK to tell her we need to go and get married that can't we see that her our junior is already married mother of 3. She was lucky it's not me she caught to spit that rubbish on phone.

  49. Abegi these women here saying God forbid get cheated on and heated by mere boyfriend. Stella this is the mentality of the typical black woman esp Nigerian. They will say God hates divorce, I am staying for the children. Lies, they refuse for anyone to call them Ms after they have worn gele and said welcome to the club, the club is too precious for them to leave. Naija women aka Better to be dead Mrs than alive and happy Ms. Pretenders.
