Jim Ovia Allegedly sacks 500 Visafone Workers

Billionaire businessman, Jim Ovia has allegedly reduced the Visafone Nigeria company’s staff strength by sacking close to 500 workers.

Visafone, the Nigeria’s leading CDMA operator has significantly downsized cutting across every department and all its operation bases across the country.

The decision of the management to let majority of its staff go, which has further worsened the unemployment rate in the country, is reportedly as a result of the worsening economy.

    1. It is clear that this man is "tidying up" his house financially. He returned the communication license and he's laying off staff. Very wise man, but what next?

    1. It is the face and lips of a billionaire.

As far as I'm concerned, to fine as a guy na curse. Unless you come from a rich family or gifted with talents like singing, acting, speaking with charm/charisma or super intelligent. Because, as a fine boy, women will be throwing themselves at you from a young age (you know say women too like better thing). Starting from home - aunties, cousins, sister's friends, mum's friends, family friend's daughters, friend's girlfriends, neighbours and so on. You don't have to do much, they make it easy for you.

Rich kids and guys with money wanna hang out with you because you attract females. You become a bit cocky with a false sense of contentment because you are getting so much punanni and gifts from ladies, what else does a young man want?

Meanwhile, the short ugly guy has to hustle for babes. He quickly learns how to use money and gifts to attract and keep girls. He keeps on hustling and builds successful career or business fortune.

As girls grow into young women they begin to have more needs and feel the need to settle down with a guy who is a "provider". They end up with the short guy with fat lip and comic face, but who has the cash. He gets the finest babes for the rest of his life and is rich.

      .....who come gain pass?

  34. Yea it is,painful, this happen in March.my heart goes to people that were affected and God will make a way for us who are still there. But why abuse him, when non of you can provide for another family. Set up a business and you all will understand. Am not justify the sacking but am sure as a businessman dt was a hard decision he needed to take for the business to survive. Please let's build our own dreams and stop cursing and abusing him but rather adviced our government to create better environment for businesses to survive and grow.
