Stella,

Kindly post this on IHN for my sake. I think the time is now right, just incase. What a great platform you have here.

Raising children is no easy feat especially when there's no money or help from a father who started what he couldn't see out. How am I going to look our children in the face and tell them? Their father had separated from us for good? That he's found a bird, that has stolen him away, and made me husbandless?

Children please stop playing with tears, it pour my heart. I fight with it every other night and it's painful seeing it on your faces. It causes me less than eight hours of sleep all week. My thoughts, my dreams, and all my fears - I am so tired of yelling, each time they all start to bawl. I'm by myself there is no one to call. I'm consumed every now and then with the thought, of all these bills crowding my sore eyes. From one to the other. Send me some help Lord, I am trying to pray, but can't find the words. 

My little income, no longer meet their the demands. I doubt you see me, as I've got nowhere to turn, I wish I could scream ''please give me a hand'' and it would be so. I can't afford it? I wish I could pay for a hand. Why don't they understand, that it's depressing doing this all alone with no help? How do I care for myself in this circumstance? I can't even say, 'I've still got my health!'

Please Lord I need to know, just how am I with you?

AMEBO- OFFERTORY CHANGE 

hi, Stella and all the amiable bvs, I hail una. I don't know whether

this qualifies as an amebo but I'll just share cos anytime I remember

it, I usually can't help the laughter that follows.

it happened when I was around 6 or 7yrs old. make I use pigin abeg.

normally, anytime wey I wan go church my mama go give me 2naira for

offering(two 50kobo and one 1naira coin). if I reach church I go put

the 50kobo for first and 2nd collection and use the one naira to buy

coconut candle and groundnut cake (I no know abi una sabi am).

so one Sunday like that my elder bro come visit us come give me ten

naira note make I take go church, u need to see me that day, I don

plan how I go use 1naira for offering, 4naira for groundnut cake and

the remaining 5 naira  take go school on Monday. unfortunately  I no

come remember to change the money before offering time reach. As time

for offering reach, I go front go put my own for offering bowl, as I

wan collect my 9naira change nai somebody for back push me say make I

move, I move go turn round come back the 2nd time. I reach, another

person push me say make I move, I move come back the 3rd time, same

thing happen again. for my mind I say shuo which kind wahala be this,

as I no want wahala na , I just go there the 4th time kukuma collect

my 10 card comot there.

e no even be me like say I do anything until I reach house, my mama

ask me wetin I do for church today, I say nothing. she say somebody

see me collect my offering money back. I tell her say I wan do

offering collect change them no allow  me nai I collect my money comot

there, my sis wey de house de hear me just fall for ground with

laughter. after that day my mama no ever make mistake allow me take

naira note to church, even if na five naira note, she go pieces the

thing wella for me.

Hahahahahaahahaha my son has tried to collect change before too.Here they pass a small basket around the seats..he put in his offering and tried to collect change.I was so shocked but we had a good laugh later.you are the second case i am hearing of...

LADY DRIVER ALMOST CRUSHED HIS LEGS TODAY ON THE ISLAND

Hello Stella,

Some lady driver tried to crush me with her car this (Thursday) morning at a car park on Oyin Jolayemi, VI.

Due to some altercation between the driver in front of me and the security guards of the car park, there was some traffic jam. I got down of my car and tried to intervene. The lady driver behind me was trying to squeeze her car out of my back and somehow I found myself in-between her car and mine. Instead of allowing me get out of the space she kept on advancing with the full knowledge that I was trapped between the two cars and that she was almost crushing my legs.

When I did manage to get out and asked her what her problem was, she told me point blank (with her windows wound up) that she meant to crush my legs, and she drove off.

I found it amusing at the time but the more I think of it, the more I realise that she could be crazy, I mean psychopath. 

We really need to be careful...especially pedestrians. Never assume that the person behind the wheel is sane and considerate. Watch out for your own life.

If she reads this, she has a right of reply, as I am really interested in knowing what was going on in her mind when she was doing that.

Shuo!...lets wait for her reply then since everybody reads and sends in reply.LOL

meet. At times you feel like giving up entirely but you cant kill

Honestly this life is not easy,one who is successful doesnt know what
