Femi Fani Kayode Takes A Swipe At The New Law Making It Legal For An 11 Year Old To Have S*x

After the passage of the Sexual Offenses Bill by the Senate which legalizes consensual sex with an 11-year-old child, see what Femi Fani Kayode just tweeted...

The new administration should look into this law and scrap it ASAP...An 11 year old is still a child and i do know a human being is legally allowed to start having sex from 17years old upwards in any sane society.
WTF!!!
Whoever supports this new trash is a devil incarnate and I pray this law takes effect from the homes of whoever sponsored it and those that supported and passed it....HIsss!

    1. Ffk is so dumb to blame the new government for this. The bill was passed by the outgoing speakers. It should be scrapped though.

    2. Thank u anonymous 11:55. Exactly what I wanted to type. FFK just wants to be heard, as he's had no voice lately. Was it the 'change' administration that passed the law? Of course he knows, he just wants to raise issues where there's none. And the bunch of animals that passed the despicable law are raving lunatics.

A child(girl ) at 11year,an average Nigerian has probably not started menstrual cycle..
If i can remember when i was 11,i was in gss 1(class 1),i didnt even know much about myself as a lady.it was during on program in school then that they shared pad for us by some NGO.(IN my mind,i was like so these women think i would have that thing that all those girls have) but thats by the way, legalising sex for an 11 year old is like encouraging sex in another way..
You would hear cases were a man would rape a gal n say afterall she is above 11.,so it aint rape....

    Hmmmmmm

Old fools be passing ridiculous bills.May God destroy all of them one after the other.

  44. Oh my goodness! That any "adult" would give the stamp of approval legalising pedophilia is ridiculously disgusting!!! It must take a whole new subhuman level of depravity for a "man" to be sexually aroused by the thought of molesting an 11 year old child. No matter how much window dressing they use to spruce it up, sex with a child will always be molestation. The use of the word "consensual", is a botched attempt at trying to make that animalistic act less despicable.

The definition of a child is a person who has not attained the age of 14 years, while an adult is defined as a person who has attained the age of 17 years or over. This is the position in the Criminal Procedure Act and the Criminal Procedure Law of various States in Nigeria. Also, Black's Law Dictionary, 8th Edition, which is recognised and accepted by our Nigerian  criminal jurisprudence, defines CHILD MOLESTATION as "any indecent or sexual activity on, involving or surrounding a child, usually under the age of 14" (pg 1026). So why in Heaven's name should molesting an 11 year old CHILD be acceptable by Nigerian law?

I know certain religious and cultural beliefs or practices allow such, some children even get betrothed from birth and are married off once they start menstruating but that is an obsolete practice frowned upon because of its barbarity, and rightly so. Same as female genital mutilation under the guise of circumcision. For those flagitous individuals who insist on such absurdity, it should be carried out on the down low like most forbidden practices people are so ashamed of to bring to light because it is worthy of shame! So blatantly crowning such degradation ‎with legislation granting its approval is...excruciatingly sad! It's like being strapped in a front row seat and forced to watch a rape on, not just innocence but also on humanity and civilisation.

Which way to go, our beloved County, Nigeria? ‎

  45. STELLA, PERPHAPS IT WOULD BE NICE TO DRAW FFK'S ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT THE BILL WAS CRIMINALLY PASSED UNDER A PDP LED LEADERSHIP IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. THE PASSED OVER TENS OF BILLS IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. DAVID MARK WAS THE SENATE PRESIDENT WHO PRECIDED OVER THE SITTING.....NOT APC (CHANGE) SENATORS WHO WERE YET TO BE INAUGURATED. FFK SHOULD NOT COME AND DECEIVE VULNERABLE PEOPLE WITH MISINFORMATION OF APC'S CHANGE SLOGAN.

  48. Atleast they passed it under the 'CHANGE REGIME'. I don't think the Senators from SS/SE will support this evil and if they refuse to scrap it, the CHANGE REGIME people should revoke the Anti-gay law as well, make we dey go like that.
There's no different between the US allowing GAY and this one then. This is how Tsunami, or one deadly natural disaster will visit this nation if we keep shut on EVIL.
I have come to understand that maturity is not all about having 'white/gray hairs'.

  49. The David Mark 7th Assembly passed, if i'm right 46 bills in 10 minutes and that is how this bill was passed without preview. David Mark is one leech this country must get rid of to move forward. And Stella love, please when next you want to post this kind of sensitive issue, kindly educate your followers. It has nothing to do with the new government, the 8th Assembly have not started sitting. Thank you.
