MARRYING A WIFE - GOOD GIRL VERSUS BAD GIRL

I love your blog like mad. Your blog visitors are the realest people out there and I enjoy their blunt honesty. I would like to pick their brains regarding my dilemma:

I'm a 30 year-old self-employed guy with a fast-growing clearing and forwarding business. Things have been going really well and it looks like things can only get better. I've been blessed. 

I'm at that point of my life where I'm looking to settle down and start a family of my own. There are two girls in the picture. The first one has been a family friend for many years. My parents and her parents have been very close friends ever-since I can remember. My mum has been planting it in my head for many years that this lady is a good and decent girl and she would make a good wife. I have no doubt in my mind about that. So we've been dating. She's a virgin, and even though she cooks for me, cleans my house and all those other beautiful things, she has said she can't have sex until she's married- something about a vow she made to her creator. She enjoys my company to bits and it's never a dull moment with her. She encourages me on my dreams and listens to my troubles. I already see this girl in my future, but she scares me. She's the sort of woman who'd never make my mind be at rest if she were my wife because I'd be worrying. The first girl feels safe.
