President Goodluck Jonathan, today, May 12, 2015, presided over his last Council of State meeting which was attended by President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, ex-President, Olusegun Obasanjo and former Head of State, Ibrahim Babangida, Shehu Shagari among others.
