Ire Celebrates is a concept by Creativity Development Centre (an NGO). It's created to put smiles on the faces of her audience and will give them the opportunity to meet up with Icons who are silent achievers in society who may or may not been known on social media. It's a window to bring to fore their documented activities...
Ire Celebrates Silent Achievers is an initiative of Creativity Development
Centre to recognize and honour silent achievers who have left indelible marks in the hearts of many, without getting due honor for it.
Through this quarterly initiative, Ire is seeking to bring together a selected audience during an evening where guests will be presented with documented activities of our honorees.
Again, Ire and her friends in the entertainment community will through music and total theatre, serenade the audience.
The evening will also be spiced with comedy, contemporary dance piece, recitations of our Icon's achievements, testimonials by people our achievers have influenced and lots more. The first honoree of the maiden edition will be Mrs. Rose Ikediashi aka 'Mr. Rose' who single handedly raised all her children, taught the likes of Eucharia Anunobi and Chike Churchill Okogwu while in Nursery school.
THE HONOREE
Mrs. Roselyn Ikediashi is from Delta State Nigeria.
Now 71 Years Old, she single-handedly raised eight biological children and also taught Nollywood legend- Eucharia Anunobi and Chike Churchill Okogwu (SURE-P boss) in Nursery school. A lot of mothers take their ‘no do well’ children to her to mould and she does it without grumbling.
A devout Christian, she continues to teach children in the Sunday school of the church where she worships and some of them have grown up to be responsible adults and citizens.
Africa’s Best Secret:
Ire the stage Devi formerly known as Itan Adebo is one of the most talented female artistes in Nigeria. Her unique selling point is her ability to effectively use yodels/vocal/chant to fit highly unique compositions and has performed both locally and internationally with great commendation.
Kelechi Amadi Obi after seeing her perform called her ‘a DIAMOND in the rough’, her Indian fan named her Devi (goddess) and President Yayah Jammeh christened her 'that little wonder', the list is endless.
These qualities seen by Creativity Development Centre, a Not for profit Organisation are reasons she has been chosen to showcase the beauty embedded in the concept.
