  12. Good job here but will they maintain it? We have a poor maintenance culture in Nigeria. Soon, the escallators will break down and they wont have anybody to fix it or get parts in. I remember growing up in Port Harcourt as a kid, they had this shopping complex called SUPABOD or something like that the escallator got broken and that marked the beginning of the ned of that store. Time for change .

    1. Personal investment it doesnt matter ,is for the good of the people ,many malls and hotels you see in some part of the world are owned by Nigerians governors ,senators and past presidents ,even if is personal investment let it be done in nigeria nothing loss ,for the fact that is personal investment that makes the maintenance keeps working .

  17. Welldone ,great job ,Nigeria is one of the richest country in the world ,if only we have good leaders ,sometimes i go into wonder land to wonder ,Nigerians we got good home training ,Nigerians pray more than Rome and isreal ,yet why are our leaders so hardened ,just Negode emirates of yesterday, yet this arab nations arent as rich as Nigeria ,even our leaders go there to invest and build ,i keep asking cant they just do it in Nigeria ,if desert land like the arab can have 24/7 power supply why not Nigeria, poor countries like kenya and tanzania have steady power supply even egypt ,then what is wrong with giant of Africa Nigeria ,Buhari iam seriously looking up to you and your vice presido for change .

    1. Thank you! He is leaving behind debt of 800 billion Naira! He struck a deal with zenith bank because of that debt. The governor elect was a zenith bank staff. Zenith bank now own the state and can recover their money.
