      Do you think she doesn't know she needs to lose weight? I went to my former office yesterday and someone openly asked me if I was sure I wasn't ill because of my weight loss. You fat, wahala, you lose weight, a bigger wahala. Folks should stop putting unnecessary pressure on this lose weight thing. It's not fair. Haba

      We cant all be slim/ thin/ bonny. This world wld be boring.
      Sm years back in my office, this particular guy used to caution sm pple on that sugar is too much for tea, ds food is too much, meanwhile he ate eggs fried and boiled with every meal!
      The guy was like a size 8!
      When he went for a check up in the hosp his cholesterol level was high, blood sugar high. He was declared unhealthy.
      He then started eating grass ( veggies).
      He was on medication for a longggg time. Some people are plus size and healtheir than the seemingly slim ones. Sm fat pple are even smarter than the "slim" ones
