Pastor Adeboye Praying For British PM David Cameron Ahead Of Elections

Well well well!

Pastor E.A Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG)  prayed for UK Prime Minister, David Cameron and the congregation at the ‘Festival of Life’ programme, themed IN CHRIST ALONE, that held in London last night.

Having recently affirmed the status of England as a Christian nation in the 2015 Easter message broadcast, last night (April 17, 2015) again at the Excel Centre,
London during the Festival of Life UK (a service put together by RCCG UK), the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Cameron met with Pastor E.A Adeboye for prayers and in a chat, further emphasized again that United Kingdom is a Christian Nation and In Christ Alone would they remain.

He thanked God for Pastor E. A Adeboye, for RCCG in the United Kingdom, for Festival of Life and its organisers.

Pastor E. A. Adeboye in return prayed for Mr David Cameron, the Honourable Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

David Cameron, a member of the Conservative Party will participate in the UK general election holding on 7th May 2015, to elect the 56th Parliament of the United Kingdom.

      Wooooow!

Elections take candidates to places you least expect, the grass root.
I particularly followed Obama's campaign trail.. it was insightful.

    3. What makes you think Stella, and indeed the entire world are not aware that David Cameron is the UK prime minister and currently governing via a coalition? The purpose of this post, I would imagine, is to generate debate and stimulate conversations around the relationship between religious leaders and world leaders. If you have nothing meaningful to add, remain silent!
Now that my rant is out of the way, I think these pictures demonstrate what we all know, religion is a farce, and it's a shame that the UK Prime minister who by all means is free to practice his own religion, is openly frolicking with religious leaders, many of whom are thieves and crooks that have, mostly in Nigeria, capitalised on widespread illiteracy and poverty and built immense wealth from tithe collection and large irrational monetary contributions.

      Nonsense!

    4. You have been noticed ma. Now we know you've been to the UK.
      Anything else you wanna add?

    5. As "nonsensical" as it may seem to u, my dear anonymous 9:27... at least u won't accuse Adeboye of getting a fat brown envelope from Cameron. As I imagine u would be one of those who constantly accused him and a few other pastors of praying for Jonathan because of monetary benefits.

Now that it's the British Pm, whom we know can never offer him a dime, u can be rest assured his fraternity with this gathering is based solely on his belief as a Christian... apart from being his CHOICE to be acknowledged by the redeemed church...and perhaps to also canvas for votes in the coming election.

The thieving accusation isn't applicable here, ur accusation of a 'wide spread of illiteracy' being operative is without substance as well, rather, knowledge of the WORD must have been acquired. And lastly, there's nothing "shameful" in this for Cameron..... just because he chose to visit a community church gathering to acknowledge them? After all, They also contribute immensely to the development of that city, and they are under Cameron's watch. So?? Na wa oo

People can never be pleased. If the man showed resentment towards Nigerians they would have tagged him racist. But now u pass this colorful event as "shameful"? Wonderful.

    8. Anon 9:27 sorry but I have to disagree with you, a few years ago Boris Johnson was there and if you take time to watch the clip paying particular attention to the way Baba prayed for him and then how he prayed for Cameron am sure you will deduce a few things . There are prayers you pray not determined or influenced by any colour of envelope given to you but because you are genuinely led by the spirit of God. Leaders come to this event every time even Lagos deputy gov was there last night. Truth is Cameron needs all the votes he can get to return, the Asians would never ever vote him back dos they have been worst hit by the closure of immigration loopholes, Nigerians are a massive and influential community in the UK and obviously we are easy to forgive and forget ! So please don't think like that or abhor such thoughts, try to be objective . God bless.
