    How could someone dress like this and leave the house?.How on earth would someone think my Governor dressed like this for an occassion?.
    Anyways,when he was given the wrapper and cap,would he hv run home to put on traditional wear before coming back to continue with the speech?.
    He is my Governor and i/we love him the way a mum loves a fave child. Nothing he does is bad.
    So,we are ok with our Gov.
