Dan Akpovwa ,The Abuja Inquirer Publisher In Double Celebration -Turns 50 And Celebrates 18 Years Of Marital Success!

There are lessons to be learnt from the life of Dan Akpovwa, the Publisher of Abuja Inquirer timeless anecdotes to be precise. An encounter with Dan would reveal a man of exceptional intellect, profound passion for his calling; and a life that thrives on hard work.

As he turns 50, Dan evokes a rare combination of critical approval and public
affection — love, even. It’s probably because he is audacious in his simplicity and brilliant in his business exploits. Five decades on, his personal story demonstrates that strength is built through struggle and hardship, and he shares that strength with tremendous compassion and empathy.

Channeling his own experiences, he has personally touched the lives of countless others who have had to confront their own challenges. Interestingly, however, all roads lead to Abuja next Sunday, May 3rd as Dan, the self effacing publisher turns 50. That day is also his 18th wedding Anniversary to his wife Doris, the Petroleum Geoscientist who schooled at the World famous Imperial College in London.  So it's a double celebration.

Already, a committee of Dan's friends led by Stan Rerri, Scot Tommey, Gogo Karibi-Whyte and Wale Otegbola, to mention but a few, are planning a spectacular Private Dinner and Dance party to celebrate Dan's Golden Jubilee.

Its a Black Tie Dinner and its strictly by invitation.

Dan Akpovwa is an Award winning and widely travelled journalist who has earned a very deserved reputation as one of the very best in the Media and Public Relations world. The venue of this Private Dinner is being kept "hush-hush' to keep out gate crashers. Guests are flying in from different parts of the world for the Big Bash.

The Abuja Dinner is just the first leg of the serial celebration of Dan Akpovwa as he turns 50. There are plans to host him in Houston, Texas during the OTC Meetings in America. Another party is being planned for Miami in Florida, but this has not been confirmed. There will also be a Party In London to celebrate this Hardworking Publisher of Abuja's leading City Newspaper.

Talk about celebrating success!

Work, work and more hard work pays.
