The jinx breaker. It wouldn't have happened if that godfather Adedibu was still alive. Who knows, he could have manipulated things to suit him in Oyo. A new era indeed
DeleteThere's protest currently going on in Uyo, Oron road to be precise.
ReplyDeleteThe masses are protesting the election results, and calling for cancellations of the just concluded elections.
I hope it dosnt turn violent abeg.
If you're around Oron road or its environs, stay safe.

@Bitcplis as in ehn. Oyo's election was quite an interesting one to follow. Considering the participants who are grassroot politicians and ex governors in the state. They should have merged to form a formidable force if they had wanted to chase APC or Ajumobi away.
DeleteBut self righteousness, over confidence, and greed made them seek independent votes.... even as they lack individual merits as against their antecedents. It was a tough cookie.
Heheheheehehheheeh bye bye to PDP...
ReplyDeleteMy dear Pls read, Ajimobi was the incumbent. So Oyo state was APC, they are maintaining it.
DeleteAs expected... so it's safe to say PDP is a SS/SE party while APC is a Northern/Yoruba party.
ReplyDeletePDP took Nigerians for granted when they were the ruling party and the tide has turned against them. I will advise PDP to be extraordinary, make good use of their allocations and touch the lives of the people they have been elected to govern and maybe in a few years, they might get to the center again and be the governing party. The only constant thing in life is change.
Gbam!
