Lola Maja Listed In New African Woman Magazine As Power Player In The African fashion

Beauty therapist and make up artist, Lola Maja, has been listed in New African Woman Magazine's Who is Who ultimate power player in the African fashion. Lola with 20 years experience in the industry now was also part of the team who launched Iman cosmetics in the UK in 1997.

Lola Maja who also won the Best Makeup Artist award at the just concluded AMVCA, for her work on October 1, said this in her speech....

 "Thank you for all your love and support. This award belongs to the entire @mysacredbeauty family. For all their hard work. Long days and nights. Thank you to the #amvca2015 for recognising the importance of the guys behind the scenes. Our work isn't about just making people look pretty. It's about creating characters, bringing them to life and making the audience believe in them. Making them look older, younger, happy, sad, tired, rich, poor.. Sometimes it's the things you don't notice that we work hardest on. This award is for all #nigerianmakeupartists, don't let anyone undervalue the importance of #hairandmakeup on set. This is for each and every single person that worked on this project"
