      Hahaaaaha. Funny AF. On Tuesday I flew medview. Jesu. That one is like kabukabu ooo abi molue. The whole aircraft was shaking, I prayed 100times/second. Landing was the most terrible I have ever experienced. Infact I thought we had crash landed, I was waiting to see fire fighters hahahahhahahahah. Meeehn, their refreshment nko, dry crackers, small cake and chi exotic. The air hostesses and host were looking sad and down cast. No be their fault, na me been dey find cheap flight ticket. First and last time I will ever use them biko. I can't 'go and come' and kill myself.

      I assume there is body responsible for quality checks on airplanes??? Where are the sanctions for these offences?? Arik must pay for this blunder, this is not done haba, what then assures us that their engines are in top form if they can't replace their upholstery.... The regulatory bodies in this country need a oRenTation this is too bad..

      I agree with Chi Exotic, this picture doesn't depict the write up.

      1st, the angle of the picture looks like it was taken from across, that is seat 14A, B or C.

      2nd, Arik air flights are usually crowded. This one doesn't seem that way.

      3rd, why was only a picture taken? The dude should have taken some pictures showing other passengers at least. In cases like this, more that a picture should be taken to prove beyond reasonable doubt that it is true.

      4th, I have sent a message to the dude on twitter stating these highlighted points. Waiting for a reply from him to prove otherwise.

    Lolz....there are one too many complaints about arik: it was theft here and there, poor customer service *i think*, now it's damaged seat.
    I don't even remember they exist when am opportuned to travel by air, why would I go for arik when dana and aero are cheaper plus my luggage's safety aint guaranteed on arik

    I don't think anyone stole it, maybe the management or those in charge of maintenance forgot to let the ticket guys know that the seat was bad and the upholstery in repairs.

    I don't even believe this story, I do not believe that this country has gotten to this level. How did those I'm-only-good-for-speaking-through-my-nose air hostesses keep their faces when they were directing him to a seat without upholstery!

    Chai.. the way I'm pained over this matter. Arik air should soak their chaplet in water and pray fervently that we never find ourselves in this kind of dilemma. The way I will change it for them will leave them stunned.

    i'm not surprised. First time i flew Arik i couldn't relax my back on the seat all through the journey cause the seat was just falling back on it's own. I complained and they told me they would allow me seat somewhere else if every one is seated...but for where? who dash me?? na one chance

    Story... seats can be used as floatation devices in d event of a splash down or ditching in water.. the sole reason it is detachable ie held in place by velcro.. lots of things could hav transpired on the preceeding leg (flight) b4 cry baby came on board
    .. like pax vomiting for whatever reason, pax doing no2 due turbulence (it literarilly scares d shit out of u) to mention but a few..
    ground staff (ticketing) neva anticipate such occurrence so dey wld hav issued d seat to an intending pax..
    I'll be dammed if dat airplane took off wit anyone strapped to d bare metal so can we plz stop crying wolf.... just so u knw.. I dislike Arik too but lets call a spade wat it truly is... they still got d youngest fleet age wise of any nigerian airline operator..
