FROM MY INBOX - WITH TEARS IN MY EYES.

Hi Stella,

I wrote you a Mail while i was still serving about needing a Job even if it was part time. Back then, you had not started the in house news, but you took out time to reply me that there was nothing you could do to help me at that point. I want you to know that i really did appreciate the fact that you replied me. truth be told, i had sent mails to many blog owners and you were the only one that replied me. It made me love you more and i sticked to your Blog.

Please Stella, I really need something to do, I am done with Service and the monthly stipend has stopped coming, it is really a very difficult phase for me considering the fact that my family looks up to me do better their lives after struggling so hard to put me through school.

My Mum has suffered so much as she is the bread winner of my family since my dad took ill many years ago. (she is just a petty trader).  we are just managing my Dad's health with herbs and cheap drugs as we do not have enough money for him to go to hospital. He is Diabetic, He has Ulcer, He has joint problems and cant stand or work well now. It is Only God that is keeping him alive.

My life goal is to relieve my Mum, get my Dad proper medical attention and help my younger ones get adequate Education. 

I have tried everything, I started working officially as a teacher immediately i left secondary school, I had part time teaching jobs all through my University days. My social life is Zero as i have no time for social activities right from my secondary school days that i had to hawk things during mid term breaks and holidays.  

I had always believed that if i study so hard things would get better for my family, I graduated in 2012 with a CGPA  0f 4.23 after 4 years of sleepless nights yet nothing has changed. I started the ACCA program but could not bring my self to part with my savings to register for the exam with all the immediate problems i had at home.

Stella, I am highly depressed right now, I feel like i have gotten to the point were am unable to take more,i have nothing to show for my many years of handwork and suffering, i practically have nothing, my heart gets shredded anytime i visit home and see my mum, she has gotten so old as a result of her many years of struggle. My Dad's Condition is deteriorating too

Please Stella, Kindly help me out. I do not need Money, I need a job i can get steady income from to take care of my family's problems. My family stays in the East, it will be an amazing and deeply appreciated gift if I can get free or a very low cost medical attention for my Dad. I am sick and i know it, i got an infection from the toilet in my school hostel back in University. When my menstrual cycle was late for a month and i was very certain i wasn't pregnant, i figured out i might have one and went for a test which confirmed it. Treatment was scheduled, I saved up money but my Dad needed it more than i did at that period so i used it for him with the intention of getting medical help as soon i raise more money. I am yet to do that till date and i don't even want to indulge in the effect it will have, I am still believing God to sort me out.

I am Broken as i write this, This is the first time i am letting this out, people see me smile all the time and would never guess. Oh God, hear my cry.

My email is full oooh. Thank God I did not use my gmail or my work email I would have had people looking for me on Facebook and Twitter. Even with the sparse information I provided I received over 400 CV's yesterday alone and more coming in today.

Please once again age requirement is age 31-37. Meaning someone mature with work experience in telecoms /IT who can work without supervision.single or married but who is able to handle responsibilities . I decided it was a good way to bless someone who is qualified and willing to work hard that's why I chose sdk family.  Getting a job isn't all about employing just anyone and paying them salary ,it has to do with the individual being an asset to the organization. It's sad to see that some people cannot even prepare a proper cv and then cry wolf and beg for alms. No one knows it all. Please let us all try and improve ourselves, dust up your cv, arrange it well and make it look presentable . I commend those who stood out and will be contacting them shortly .

Meanwhile no one needs to pay a kobo to anyone for this job.

hi Stellar Stella, is it really easier for ladies to resist sex than it is for men. I have been celibate for five years now and its difficult. i have to put up plenty shields and walls. i was chatting with a male friend about fifty shades of grey and he was telling me its easier for women to resist temptation to have sex. but I dont believe it what do you think.

Question for the gods...There are men who are celibate abeg.Celibacy has to do with a disciplined mind.Those who argue that it is not possible are socially,economically,mentally and sexually corrupt and .....

I think 50 shades of grey should NEVER have been turned into a movie.it serves no purpose to society and has led to rape cases in some countries.

HELP WITH BABY ITEMS

Dear Stella,

I am writing this with a bleeding heart. I really feel ashamed of begging but there is nothing I can do at this point. My baby will soon be born. No baby items, no money to buy them. I feel heartbroken and inadequate to be a mom. I didn't bargain for this but at this point I have no choice than to solicit for help.

I really didn't wish to resort to this but at the moment I am at my wit's end. I am a first time expectant mom in my late third trimester. After TTC for close to 2 years, I got truly excited when I learnt I will finally be a mom. But along the line, things started going financially rough for DH and I when he lost his job. It got so worse that depression has even set in especially for DH. My little beads business also came crashing because I was warned by my doctor not to sit for so long making beads due to the premature contractions I had in my 2nd trimester.

Now my expected due date is just around the corner. My baby can come any moment from now. But as I write, we have not been able to get the items needed for baby's arrival. Even the items on the hospital list are yet to be completed. My hubby have been having sleepless nights because of this. We are trying our best to make sure we are able to get the hospital bill for delivery on our own.

Now the real problem is baby stuffs to welcome my little dear one. Any baby item both new and already used ones in good shape will be highly appreciated. Please fellow BVs, help a sister in need.

Wedding gown and Souvenirs from a wedding that never held.

Hi Stella Ukwu,

Abeg  a friend and Bv was meant to marry December last year but wedding was cancelled 2 weeks before the date after huge amount spent, I'll let her tell the story when she is ready. Anyway, to recoup some costs, her lovely wedding gown, which was never worn and over 40 dozens of souvenir are up for sale.

The gown is a brand new, Trumpet style with sheer illusion neckline and sweetheart bodice. The upper part has delicate sequins and swarovski crystals attached and the lower part is tulle with lace appliques. It was bought at Masood in Dubai  is selling at the exact cost price of 150,000naira but for BVs will go for 120k with a full brooch bouquet  and bridesmaid fascinator in any color thrown in as an incentive.
