There was this in house news where a blog visitor said she wanted to give out some jackets and gowns as give away. So i decided to apply for the jacket. She replied my mail after a week or so and said i can have the jacket.

It took us more than 2weeks before she finally looked for me and said today, i want to give it to you.

Stella when she came, i was expecting to get a nylon with jacket inside o, but she surprised me. She brought a box full of everything you can think of: cloths (skirts, blouses,trousers), shoe, purse and accessories.

How are you and yours? it's me the 3rd Mainland bridge shitter. Abeg my story is long but abeg post am.

 I just want to gist the house about something that my eyes saw on saturday o. Well my mum got an invite for this wedding o. Close family wedding na him e be. Well the IV can with an Access card. She collected only 1 that atleast they should allow us in because we are quite close to the family.

So Saturday morning came now, me i decided to eat b4 we left home o cos i dont want stories that touch the heart. We left the house and got to the venue. The church service was meant to hold at a corner in the reception hall so they didnt allow us in through the front door but through the back door.

Stella, the groom's mother came in towards the end of the church service, the pastors were even asking her to apologise but she didnt talk so the pastor apologised on her behalf, na so i sense drama. I come on my antenna to full bar.

After the church service, I went out towards the front door, when i saw the bouncers wey dey front door, i ran inside to collect another access for myself o. Cos i dont want to be beaten.

Now to the main thing that happened o, i was just hearing noise, ta lo ko awon were senu ona (who put mad people for door). lo and behold, it was the groom's mother o. She just started shouting o, that she will scatter everywhere o, if they dont allow her people in. Eventually, we started entering o with enough people pushing themselves. Still the groom's mum still dey shout say she tell her son and him wife people say access no fit bring all her guests in.

After a while, we all settled in, around 2pm, they start to dey serve food, ah!, the food was extremely small, chai! the food small with chokolo meat. As we were eating now, the MC asked the bride's brother wey just arrive from yankee make him come pray. Next thing wey we hear, the Groom's mama just snatch the mic from him, throw it for ground come start to dey scatter chairs o, say she go throw chair for up break anybody head for here. Say them dey annoy her. Na him dem start to dey hold her o. The groom was just looking at her all along.

Eventually they calmed her down. My own is this, the hype about the whole wedding thing was too much compared to the tushness. No small chops, no dessert, no chin chin self and yet they were restricting people from coming in. The aso ebi self no follow just be like mgbeke wedding ceremony.

Now my questions are these:

Why would she do such a thing at her son's wedding?

What will be the fate of the bride who's my own person?

And finally, hope we wont have a Chronicle soon on MIL?

And let me just add that when we got home, Mumsy and i take rush enter kitchen go chop cos we don hungry die.

Hello Stellz, 

I'm the blog visitor that asked y'all to pray for my friend in the IHN section 

I called in the morning, and was told that she was in labor. I got to the hospital around nine, praying that i'll be there to see the baby birthed.

Never seen one before..lol

When I got there, she was still in labor, and this went on for hours. 

Around 5pm,her doctor gave an additional two hours, that if the baby doesn't come out, she'll be birthed through cesarean section. 

When I heard it, I started feeling some kind of way,had to send my mum a text and let her know. Mumsy na prayer warrior...hehehe 

I acted all cool and cheery,her hubster was as expected, anxious and trying to eat off our heads..lol

Now,i understand why men pace up and down, when their wives are in labor ‎.

Thankfully she also had a whole squad of friends,sisters,her mum and husband physically present,interceding on her behalf. 

My people, few minutes to 7:00pm(the time would have elapsed by 7:00pm),my friend birthed a very fair complexioned,beautiful,healthy baby girl, with a full head of hair ‎...chai 

You can't help but fall in love with her .

The cutie had to make a grand entrance jor.

I'm sure she'll be feisty like her mum...#nopushoverthings

‎She dosen't like publicity, neither do i,but when all this was happening and prayers were been sent up,i told God that if this baby comes out normally, the devil will be put to shame. 

And God,being God,answered our prayers.

DAVID BALLER APOLGISES IN HOUSE 

Hello Stella. I wanna apologize to blog visitors for the error I made while typing my number yesterday for the lipsticks. I also called the dude with the number I misplaced with to apologize  and he was sounding so worn out already. He said he's received so much calls he doesn't even know what to do again lol. SINGLES AND MINGLES FALL OUT.

 (ITS A LONG READ OH)...out of all the people that contacted me, he seemed the best at least the one that lasted coz others just faded away slowly, one was a muslim and i told him politely  that I  wouldn't want to get involved with a muslim but cud be friends with him still but nothing serious.

So myself and Mr O hit it off, told me he was really serious told me about his family and all that. We even have a lot of common colleagues, i know many people in his office and so does he in mine. At first he was all dearie, baby, darling and all that and i told him to be easy na lets just be normal. So on the wed before Val he asked what i was doing and i said nothing oh *normal boring me* so he said we should hook up, i said ok cool, we even laughed about the whole thing coz he was saying its been long he did that and all that, same with me. 

Meanwhile he was out of town but was to return on Thursday. so I tried to act normal even though i was excited, he came into town the next day we talked and all that. 

On Friday night I just had this heavy feeling, was telling myself not to put my mind coz man fit disappoint. So on Saturday morning i buzzed on bbm, took him hours to respond, when he did he was like i should keep him updated coz I had ICAN classes till 5pm and dinner was for 6pm. I called by 12noon when i was done with one class to know how far he picked and said he was driving to the mainland to see his cousin and wouldd call me later coz it was noisy.i said ok. Then i went to relax my hair coz it was rough. I was actually gonna skip a class (5-7) to go out with him but the way he was forming busy i was a bit sure he was gonna come up with an excuse, so i buzzed he didnt reply, then he changed his dp to a girl's hands holding a very big teddy in a car and i was like ooook.

I gave sometime then buzzed again saying oga how far...then i called and he cut th call, then changed dp to a very beautiful girl and him in a car and i was like ok that's  it.

Honestly  Stella, I Haven't  felt so bad the way i did that day in a long time, infact eh if not that I don turn akproka after men have showed me pepper I  would have cried.I Am like what on earth did I do to deserve this, he was the one that asked, i never gave him the impression that i am desperate, why didnt he have the decency to tell me ok ooo my ex or whoever just showed up? he nau had to rub it in. 

So I  left him, pinged the next day or so he replied like nothing happened, after some days I  called coz I truly wanted to know what happened coz i just couldnt believe a guy of his type would do that, he told me he was in an interview which we earlier talked about, wished him well. He pinged me later on to say how it went, after some time i told him "you know we need to talk about what happened  on Saturday" and he said "we will" till then he didnt buzz me. I just summoned up courage to delete  him jare since he doesn't have respect for me *smiles* meanwhile he was changing  DP's oh. 

So that's the story, I have decided to lerrit go. I know God has something  better for me.

Stella. I came online last week wednesday and was going thru' things I've missed when I stormed into the Urban Decay makeup brush giveaway by David Baller. Even though he said 1st and 2nd I just decided 2 try my luck cos i knew there was no way I could be any of that after almost 5 days he did the giveaway. I told him my story and told him i wanted it so bad i wouldnt mind paying him on 2 instalmental payments cos I really needed the brushes so I could be earning little money in the hostel by making people up.
