Yesterday a tree that was cut open started gushing out water and students of federal university of technology owerri gathered around to drink and touch the water claiming it miracle water.

Didn't these morons even take classes in biology in high school ? It's totally normal for trees to absorb water in preparation for dry season. To think that most of them are science students makes me wonder how the hell they passed biology in waec .smh!
Delete@SD O I wonder o, I just did a 2 minutes research and found that its normal for tress with broad swollen trunk to store water especially trees with palmately compound leaves (like the leaves in the picture above) oh well, I hope they get whatever miracle they were hoping for.
DeleteIgnorance. Literates behaving lyk an illiterate. Nawa o. God forbid bad thing. Drink which water? They don't even care if it's a water from demons. Nawa for naija youths.
Delete@Nicole profess biology, they didn't say absorb.
DeleteHeard it was from a brokenbroken pipe
DeleteGosh! Why are we like this? So backward....everything must be attributed to the paranormal. No critical thinking even in this Information Age.....and at a UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY no less....smh!
DeletePeople on this string of comments are real cunts. Calling these people ignorant when you have no idea what these students know. The headline is all you read? Even if they believe it to be a miracle fuck off.

ReplyDeletedey are actually drinking d water, huh? university oh. ok na
ReplyDeleteBad Breath
I thought of starting up a conversation with Mr Potbelly! He wasn’t a young attractive woman but at least he’d be a much needed distraction from the turbulence of the flight. “Juice sir,? Came the voice of a very pretty female flight attendant. I looked up at her. She had a smile that was like sun light and she had a very nice body. She was pushing one of those weirdly nice looking inflight food trays.
I saw her and wished she were the passenger seated next to me.She was really pretty (sigh).
Anyway,I was still staring at her when the Mr Potbelly spoke into the side of my face. “She’s talking to you” His voice was deeply husky (bear like even), but the foul stench and strangely hot radio-active breath that followed was unbelievable
Tears filled my eyes instantly as if a small canister of tear gas had been unleashed. I felt the temperature on the side of my face rise like a bad fever. His breath smelled like seasoned urine from an alcholic. I didn’t bother looking in his direction (for fear he would open his mouth again). continue reading
