DeleteI attended this debate live and I can tell u all that ambode is an olodo! Jimi is so intelligent and I know he really means well for lagos state. Forget all that crap about walking in fashola's shoes, did fashola walk in tinubu's shoes? Ambode strikes me as someone who will take after tinubu. Even d way jimi was relating to commoners on that debate day was really cool...he's so down to earth, unlike ambode who is quite arrogant. The annoying thing is dat ambode might end up winning bcos apc owns lagos state and ofcourse there will always be those who will vote becos of a plate or jollof rice.. I love jimi agbaje alot, I just hope lagosians will vote with their conscience. . Jimi is more like fashola, if not better...all of u saying dat ambode has served lagos state..pls he was just working like every other civil servant trying to earn a living. Its his job, he wasn't offering a service...
Delete@anonymous u have a few point but may I remind you that there are so many civil servants who can't do their work well so stop being sentimental. If you look at their CV's Ambode will do a better job. Leave apc and pdp thingy out of this. It's not by sweet talk. Jimi couldn't even run a pharmacy well. So??? We all have a choice to make. Go and vote for the person you like or you think deserves to be Governor. Don't come here and start badmouthing aspirants. I'm fed up and tired of jobless people who only wants a share of the national cake. Smh. Nigeria will be better if you put sentiments aside. Vote for who has done well before in his/her field. DeleteIf you watched this debate and you think Jimi won, then you must be confused by English. Jimi reminds me of politicians that speak big grammar to win election, but do not understand what work lies there.
DeleteAmbode...wow what a strong man! Majority of the audience were PDP, and there noise/rants didn't even shake him. And you can see he was careful not to make a promise he can't fulfill.
Lekki toll for example. If you cancel the toll, it's only a matter of time before that road degenerates and loose its sanity. Perhaps Jimi does not know that it take LCC 15mins to clear up most accidents on that road.
And then PDP shot themselves in the foot by asking a corruption question, when we all know there oga is the king of corruption.

My reason is simply bcs of Agbaje's party. PDP has nothing to offer Lagosians and Nigerians as a whole. ReplyDeleteI watched it o and I prefer Agbaje 110% to Ambo cosppersonally I know some civil servants that have worked with Ambode and none of them have any good thing to say concerning him. The only thing they qualify him is that he's nothing but a selfish tout and they're all so bitter about him and of course he displayed that same character on this debate to proof those his colleagues right. Abeg Agbaje is my choice and believe it or not, he will do better than Fashola whom I like too while Ambode is just for continuity.

A man that can boldly insult a sitting president all in d name of campaign, a man that would rather expand roads than repair spoilt roads. Go to apapa and see the state of their road, go to ikorodu, go to surulere etc. All he does is expand, put toll gate and people will be singing his praises. I refuse to be gullible. Jimi on the other hand if God helps him and if he acts by his words, will take lagos state places. i watched all videos and was impressed.. vote for personality and not just party.
