Saw the trailer of the movie and I was disappointed , I don't think the movie would be able to capture in details, as the book did.

    1. U get sense at all? Fight with what? Do u know what war means? Be very careful what u wish for because when it happens all the big men instigating you and their families won't be in 9ja. Pray for your country and stop spreading hatred.

    2. Now I can see this zizzy has no brain! It's the likes of you and your fucking Niger deltans that barely think before acting and talking. If you see war, you got stand? Go and watch documentaries on wars and ask google as well. Then you will go on your knees and ask God to forgive you for that evil thought of yours... And for daring to even bare it out. Mttttccccchhheeeeew...

  13. See their silly tactic

It's been long coming,if this were to be purchased earlier id have commended their efforts

Bt now,be it as it may,i only see it as a cheap political stunt 2score some points

It doesnt/shouldnt stop @ acquiring warships alone, our borders shouldd be strengthened as well

Infact d heads of custom @various stations be it land o,water and @d airport should be sacked

Cos how on earth does one explain the massive ammunition and war fares being used by boko haram get in2 d country without being noticed

The head of military should as well be called to order

Then and only then would i applaud jonathan efforts/administration

Asides these, whatever he does, to me it's just secondary

    1. You think buying warships wouldn't take months and months of paperworks and processing, if u really believe he just started it during this campaign season then u can believe anything. There's nothing this man will do that will satisfy you people. Maybe its best he puts all the money in his pocket and kuku leave the acct empty for gmb to operate with an empty acct. He's using d money to do what u can see but u will still complain

    3. @Eka joy...thank God u clearly stated a fact that 2acquire a warship takes months *and nt years* of several paper works abi, aiit let's go with that and if that were d case; if he had purchased d warship since his tenure began, dont u think it wouldav long arrived earlier than now!!!

The truth is that a desperate person would do just about anything to prove a point

    4. No matter what GEJ does, there are some Nigerians that will still not be satisfied and complain. Even if he cuts his head for them, they'll still complain. Is Jonathan even Jesus Christ? Can he do everything? Haba!

  14. And the "blind" keep saying this administration is not working?

Did that old man Baba Iyabo do one quarter of all these for you people?

GEJ doesn't talk much but he works plenty and that's wassup.

  17. Why dodn't they channel all these resources in fighting Boko haram which is an immediate and more dangerous threat?
This looks like a misplaced priority but it's still GEJ2015-2019 for me though.

  18. These people are 'stupidly smart'
Are these not the same warships Tompolo bought from Norway on behalf of NIMASA?
Why wait till now to commission them?
To divert people's artention from the fact that they were actually purchased for something else?

    1. Clearly nigerians are too gullible to notice

The Gej administration thinks we are all foolish, dont blame 'em tho cos most of us are bt we all certainly aint

He had to wait @d 11th hour to acquire a warship which in my opinion isn't of dire priority

Afterall the said boko haram operates on land

N 2think some brave soldiers made it known that they were under equiped

The acquisition of a naval ship is equivalent to say the steel sector is more important than d agricultural sector

The money wouldav been channelled to acquire a land warship, fighter jets or tanks than getting a naval warship

      Delete
    2. When you type too much, the clueless clan will come after you saying it takes months of paper work to acquire the ship. They forget the ship will remain redundant because of inexperience from depleted personnel and officers. Lack of maintenance culture will eventually lay the ship to rest. As a prosperous nation and giant of Africa with vast coastal passage, waterways, natural resources and man power we should be in the league of nations manufacturing our own warships and commercial sea vessels. Though the decay did not start from Jonathan, I expected him to seek ways and lay the frame work for future development. Jobs don't fall from the sky, we as humans create the opportunities. What is agricultural development without owo, kudi, ego to buy the produce.

  26. Refurbished warship or tokunbo warship? only in Nigeria Government will budget billions for brand new equipments, big belly generals/naval commanders with their political counterparts will go for refurbished equipments or China made while they share rest fund among themselves.

Only in Africa especially in Nigeria, one will see an army/naval general who's obese as a result of stolen wealth meant for their subordinates, the more obese you are in Nigeria army the more you are promoted expeditiously. Just wondering how generals who can't run 1mile, command battalions and same time promoted.
Naval officers protects our waterways, oil thieves like Tompolo and Asari & others who steal our oil and still threaten our nation will continue to make billions.

Respect to our junior officers who protect our nation under harsh conditions, your sufferings will be heard by our new administration come May. As your superiors who are mean't to look after your Welfares used fund to take care of their many wives/girlfriends/buying properties in London and America.
