  1. This is one of the reasons I won't vote for him. Lagos is much better since the ban of Okadas from public roads . PDP wants to come and turn Lagos to the Wild West like fayose is doing in Ekiti abi? Never

  3. I will never support this rubbish. So many lives have been saved since the ban of Okadas and security is even better since a lot of robbers were operating with Okadas. Lagos has passed that point and we refuse to go back. This man is clueless like GEJ

    1. Very true. Just last week, two people that i know(they dont know each other though) were robbed by two men on Okada at different times and different areas of Surulere. Aside from that, casualties from Okada accident have reduced drastically since they were banned on highways. So there's no going back to that lifestyle in Lagos again.

In his campaign speech,he promised to bring back okada if he wins....

    1. There's difference between restriction n outright ban...okada was never banned, they were restricted from major roads which has prevented many accidents n robbery incidents

  11. Okada has been banned and I strongly agree with the ban. I can't wear high-heeled shoe for more than an hour just because of an okada accident I had months after I had a major surgery. It could have been worse. What I'm unhappy about is that some folks lost their means of livelihood due to the ban. I wouldn't know if Fashola compensated them. He should have. I cringe when I see okada drivers riding on one-way lane at the lagos-abeokuta expressway. My heart is always in my mouth. If you've ever witnessed a tragic okada accident, you'd never want to see okada again. I still recall the one I sent to Ladun's blog two or three years ago. The guy's brain was ripped open. Gosh.

He is too reserved to be a pdp candidate, I remember the time Koro was campaigning, It was very sweet. Koro went every where,His jingles were captivating.

    Hahahahahahhahaha

Oga Jim i heard "great thing" about u
And frankly, dat didnt include u were à Desperado. And not prone to "cheap political tacticts"

Use Okada and get Into power and ban dem okada riders.
oh well, dis is Naija.Where any any goes...

  16. Nice strategy! If all the former/current okada riders in Lagos alone should vote for him, then he's the new governor

    ReplyDelete
  17. Stella you echoed my thoughts. Isn't he breaking the law by riding okada in Lagos. He's either daring Fashola or trying to get votes from the okada riders that were banned.

He obviously plans to lift that ban if elected and that doesn't sound good.

    NewBie!

  22. Those okadas were a source of livelihood for some people, banning them didn't necessarily remove road accident even tho I must admit that it did curb it to an extent. Personally, I think there were some areas they were banned from that didn't need that. I'm sure some of those okada riders had to turn to other indecent ways to make a living

    1. Yes. My concern wasn't the Ban, They built their bikes, some of them lost their life in the process. Apc can't win Lagos again.

    2. This is the same Oshunbade and his APC that promised Free Education at all levels, but ignored the current LASG N10,000 entrance fees into JSS.

GEJ is not the cause of your inability to detect deceit o. Check yourself wella
