    hi Bvs, i am happy to be back after 3 months of mat leave. i do read most times but dont comment cos i was discourage by my son one day, after typing a long comment he touched the phone screen and the message voom(deleted). since then i only read.

      I started giving my girl dawa/millet at about 4months sha...
      I actually process it myself to avoid contamination or exposure to infections...I dey hearam!!

      Maybe more experienced women and doctors will tell us more about starting at 3months+...
      The pap should be very light too.

      Biko stick to formula and wash your hands properly before making it. Also sterilise the feeding set. You can introduce all your concoction after 6months. BTW, welcome back.
