    Please my fellow bv's is garri gud for dieting? I went to see my lawyer few days ago and d guy was asking me if I was expecting a baby can u guys imagine oooo my friends keeps telling me dat I added weight and I didn't believe dem not until my lawyer ask me dat question. Am so depressed right now. .. a friend of mine ask me to always drink garri in d morning den in d evening I should eat one pack of indomie for one month and alot of fruits too. Donno if drinking garri everyday is gud for health but I ve been taking it for d past 4days now. Jst wanna know if am doing d right thing.

      Chick Felix lemme teach you my style.
      Drink lots of water 1st thing in the morning before you brush your teeth. Like 4 glasses. Eat more of fruits, vegetables, protein and fiber.
      Drink a glass of water some minutes before every meal, it helps to fill you up and reduce your appetite.
      Learn portion control. Dish out your food in a small plate, that way you'll be forced to dish out little. Chew slowly when eating. Avoid going for 2nd rounds after eating instead drink more water. Avoid eating anything once it's 6 pm.
      Drink lots of water, more water and even more water...
      Inshort snack on water, LOL.
      Stop all junk foods.
      I'm very serious oh.
      Then try to exercise no matter how little. Even if it's skipping in your compound.

      Do Al these consistently for 2 weeks, then come back and thank me, hehehehe!

      You can do this ok.

      Eat regularly but small portions.
      Eat more fibre rich foods
      Eat lots of fruits
      Drink a glass or 2 of water before eating, to help fill your tummy

      Hahaha, chai, my people really perish for lack of knowledge. How can someone tell u to drink garri nd indomie in order to loose weight bikonu?.
      Nne, garri nd indomie should not enter your mouth for at least one month. They are high in calories and dey ll only make u fatter.
      Do fruits and vegetables like garden egg, cabbage, spinach etc for breakfast nd dinner. Take more of proteins and complex carbs like brown rice with vegetables for lunch. Put in a minimum of 30 mins exercise at least 5 days a week. Follow these directive, and in one month, come here nd thank me.

      Hahahahahaha, this is so hilarious....you can drink garri without sugar or milk or you could just avoid fattening food. Fruits are OK...idomie is a no no...in short avoid carbohydrate for now..even if you eat beans morning, afternoon and night for one week you won't add weight. And that's what I'll advice. Start embracing beans...eat it always and pleas eat dinner before 6 and it should be light or take fruits instead...I don't eat breakfast, i eat heavy much and I have fruits for dinner...you could tey that also.. Please make unu pardon any typo...

      Drink Garri ke?.Isn't Garri carbohydrate? Excercise, cut down drastically on carbs, load yourself with fruits and veggies, no meals after 6pm, all the best.

      Chick felix seriously we dey d same boat but I tink am getting there,what do is I eat more of proteins now eg beans,egg,unripe plantain porridge,plaintain moimoi,wheat(if swallow hungry me badly),fish,akara,den I dnt eat once is 6pm,if am craving for food@nite I eat watermelon(e dey belle full),den for drinks I blend watermelon,pineapple,banana,apple etc and keep in d fridge(cos am so addicted 2 coke),den above all I take a very long walk@lest twice weekly,dat garri theraphy no b am @all.I hope it helps.

      Chick Felix, Google good calories online. Then you can draw a time table of how to eat right
      I'm also dieting. I take oat or millet or fruit and fibre in the morning with a heaped teaspoon of milk.
      I eat eba or amala or rice in moderate portion in d afternoon. Chicken or turkey is the best.
      In the evening, I take smoothie most of the time...but when I get too hungry cos i'm still breastfeeding, I take a slice or two of bread with tea +a heaped teaspoon of milk.
      Google food with low calories and that are nutritious. Also avoid eating late @night...lastly, hit the gym!

    Chick Felix, do more exercise and eat healthy. Keeping weight off is a life style, choose any exercise you enjoy and try and stick to it, you can do say 3 times a week. I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Drinking garry ke? I don't know about that. it is not easy but when people see my well toned skin and ask what i do then i know it is worth it. the greatest benefit of exercise is that it slows down the ageing process . Trust MOI.

      The only reason you could call out ammy becky is because she probably uses the same ID on all the blogs she visits. Many people here do the same and might even partake in their giveaways but you can't tell because they visit as anonymous or with different IDs.

    Amaechi is reaping the fruit of all he has sown. Numerous people have tabled his matter before God. Since he moved to APC its been hell for Rivers indigenes. I cant count how many times he has owed teachers without paying + the RSSDA scholarship students that he has put through hell due to non-payment of fees and allowances for months (This is not fiction at all my 2 cousins are among them). All this because he was using all our money to sponsor APC. Amaechi God has heard the cries of the masses, this is the beginning of your downfall
