Rachel Alaba Flaunts Bikini BOD And Also Reacts To Azealia Banks Interview "Calling Black People A "Bunch of monkeys"

Following Azelia Banks emotional interview on US radio station Hot 97 where she broke down in tears to her heartache over the way Black people are being smuded out in America, British Nigerian Singer Rachel Alaba took to twitter to challenge the minds of black people.

In a series of tweets, Rachel Alaba, who released her first single "True Sensation" last week branded the Western World "A slavery system" and emphasized on how the need to get black people out of poverty as the real issue.

Whilst other starts like Solange Knowles came in to support Azealia it seems that Rachel is hoping to spark debate on the deeper issue.

Azealia Amanda Banks (born May 31, 1991) is a female American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Raised in Harlem, New York.

  5. Oh well..When most of them think Africa is a country??

I was pissed off at the song "Do they know is christmas" when it had its old line..."there won't be snow in Africa"

Yes it was done to promote awareness and all for Ebola..but the fact that they made it seem like Africa was a country and not a continent was infuriating!

Luckily the line was changed to ""no peace and joy this Christmas in West Africa - the only hope they'll have is being alive”.
    after so much controversy!!

It is what it is...we need to effect change ourselves! enough of the black man mentality! We think big! We make it!! No one was born an underdog! We smart!!

  6. Racheal abi whatever your name is. This is certainly not the way to sell your music or become popular. Matter of fact, you just destroyed your career. You sound like you suffer from a whole lot of issues beyond comprehension. Fix yourself first, before you try to hustle yourself to us. Failed musician.

  23. She said the truth but trust Black America to call her out. We continue to live in the mire of foolishness, paranoia and busy body syndrome and expect other races who dedicate their lifetime to improving their intellect and human life in general to regard us with as much respect. Look at how we carry Kim K's matter on our heads, even our own Stella Damascus meanwhile Chibok girls are still missing. Look at how that fool Azealia Banks went calling out Iggy on twitter. Like blacks have a code called "even though my own life is a mess I must take it upon myself to poke my nose in other people's business". We're all guilty of it. MONKEYS till we begin to use our brains and solve our fundamental issues.

  24. Let's be honest their is some sense in what she is saying. Enough with all this black self pity bullshit. Let's prove to them that we are much more than they say we are not by words on the radio or by protest rallies but by all blacks putting their their heads together to excel and make a difference in every field we find ourselves. Why wouldn't they call us names when in every black hood, the only thing the gangsters think about is how to do drugs and commit one crime or the other. If we want self respect, it won't be handed to us on a platter, we have have got to earn it. The truth maybe bitter but it has to be told. We need to change our image not by our words but by our actions.

  25. Stella in ur post about Victoria Modesta the amputee popstar, she said this and I quote,"I didn't get here by wishing that the world just accepted me, I got here by working really, really hard and believing that the script that was written for me wasn't the one that I was going to live." I think blacks all over should reflect on that as it partains to how the world views us.

  26. Oh Spot on miss!
I guess she didn't really explain her point convincingly.
Abe Lincoln got blacks released from slavery. Martin Luther fought for human rights. Now the blacks expect respect to be handed to them on a platter?
I'm so against stereotypes. But it's man's system of classifying and making things easier and there is no one free from this.

Nigerians for example, imagine our economy is great and organised, then a particular country(say Cameroon) comes to our country, sleep with our women for money and papers, dump them, involve in drugs, dupe our people, disobey laws, commit crime, Won't we stereotype them? Look how Nigerians treated the ghana-must-go saga? What about ebola and Liberians, hear how people tore the country to pieces after Patrick Sawyer. I know my people, we will do worse! White people are even very patient with us, despite all the atrocities we commit there. Now we talk of respect, who will respect us?
I recall there was an exchange program my sister attended in the UK(Cambridge) as a student, the coordinator after cross checking her credentials told her that the last 3 Nigerians that applied were given permission and accommodation but turned out to be fraudsters who just wanted to masquerade as students to enter the UK. My sister felt so fortunate and grateful that she even gave her the approval because many people applied from all over the world and sincerely, the lady had the power to approve or not without any explanation. Can we be that patient?

American blacks are stereotyped and we all cry foul. Have u been to the hoods? Do you know the kind of robbery, street gangsterism, drugs, rape and all sorts that go on there. From experience, I can tell u that you that at night, you feel safer walking down the street with whites than a group of niggers. Fact. So, why should we detract from the truth due to needless parochialism and skin colour affiliation?

It's not enough to say 'black is beautiful', do we practice it? Do we have an identity? Do these black Americans feed themselves? How many of the typical ones bother to go to school? The women rush to be baby mamas and depend on food stamps. This is a country where education is cheap. Land of free and brave where you can strive and prosper. Unlike here where jamb tells you to choose only 2 schools(with 2nd choice almost invalid), yet these black Americans prefer to rap or get pregnant( sorry for the stereotype, i'm talking from a general point of view)...isn't this part of why the white middle class don't want Obama-care?

Just look at musicians like Wiz Khalifa and how they portray the typical hood black Americans. Fickle, shallow, vapid, vacuous, a mortifying figure. LET'S BE SINCERE.

You see blacks calling out whites who have big ass for trying to be black, black rappers hating on white people for copying rap, black guys calling every remark racism, black girls bitter when blacks date white girls, calling them slaves(just look at the Mikel issue). All these things have to stop if we want to be taken seriously. Why do we always have to put ourselves on the defensive, in the subordinate position? Why do we beg for Nigerians to be respected when we still trade our kidneys in Malaysia and put our hands in every dubious thing.

This is in no way to support the maiming of blacks and random shootings. But the wrong done to us has moved beyond what guns, repisal attacks can right. I have read enough Martin Luther to know that this is not how he planned it. He will be cringing in his grave now not because of what whites do but what blacks do.

These celebs, instead of crying should live like role models and encourage blacks to produce more W.E.B DuBois, more Serena Williams, Micheal Jordans, Chimamandas, Lupitas, Maya Angelous, Malcolm X, Obamas. This is the only path to respect for our race, nothing more.

Yes, there are whites who do what u ve just mentioned above..... but figure out d percentage n be truthful to urself. Blacks want respect world over??? Then we have to go back to da drawing board. Kudos n thumbs up Bonaparte, d truth doesn't kill, it's eye opener.
