    Every state has wards ,Every ward has a councillor who's in charge of everything that happens in the ward...I guess what the pdp is trying to do is to organise a ward to ward campaign so they can interact with nigerians at grassroot level so they can easily pass their message ..and Yobo is a wonderful ambassador... One of the most popular sprotsmen in nigeria.. The most capped super eagle.. The last captain that led us to a nations cup glory !! Goodluck President Jonathan...
