President Jonathan Visits IBB In Minna To Seek His Support For The Next Elections

Reuben Abati says on Facebook.....

"The President means well for this country, and is working well for this country. And anybody who means well for this country should support President Jonathan, to make Nigeria survive as a united country" ~ Former Head of State General Ibrahim Babangida's views on President Jonathan as Mr. President visited the Former Head of State to seek his support base to ensure #‎TransformationContinues #‎ForwardNigeria#‎NigeriaDecides2015

I really dont understand all this running around...Shouldn't getting the support of the masses be primary?I am not in support or against APC or PDP but so many moves are so wrong.

For example why is visiting IBB important?

I mean no harm and I am tired of APC and PDP stooges coming here to fight and calling me names,I am a Nigerian and I need answers....I am confused as well and need explanations.

No pun Intended!

I don't really know if the military listens to civilians buy are they just going yo execute these soldiers? Brothers, fathers and sons?.. I just dont know how to get the government to listen, none of tgem are related to me but its just so sad that no one is doing anything (i think).. Bless you stella

    2. Nigerians should vote Gej out. He does not mean well for Nigerians. He has no plan for this country.he is a story teller.he does not have the political will to revive Nigeria.he is cause while people are dying in this country.he can't stick to his words.was he not the one that said he would not contest in 2015.what is he doing now?by that is he trust worthy? Most Nigerians reason like fools that is why they could support him. He has no direction.right thinking Nigerians should vote him out come 2015.

      Delete
    3. Please where is your proof that Buhari supports terrorism? Because based on our current situation and the government's very blatant passivity it would appear that GEJ is in fact the one who supports boko haram.

  12. The Presidency will capitalise on anything and everything to score political points. If this same IBB had said something untoward, the reaction would've been different. For those trying to understand the politics behind the visit, it's purposely to spite OBJ. President Jonathan calling IBB his 'father', 'former leader with experience', etc is an indirect way of telling OBJ that the respect accorded him is no longer there. Rather than visit Ota, focus has now shifted to Minna.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Are u sure that he hasn't visited OBJ yet? My dear don't be fooled. I am sure he has. And if not, he definitely will. We shall all see. These people remain cordial behind doors mind u

  20. Anty mi Stella,
U must understand that theres not much abracadabra. Buhari has never been supported by d now ageing "Kaduna Mafia" but d radical elements in d Northern political terrain.

IBB is a quintessential "Kaduna Mafia " & also has d ear of d British establishment.

It stands to reason therefore that a conservative govt like GEJ's would curry their favour , & mine d publicity inherent in it to a hilt.

Buhari & his bands of radicals are a rampaging horde d conservatives must halt at all cost or risk d consequences.

  28. Two thieves that should be behind bars, IBB and GEJ are rouges. Jonathan cannot win a free and fair election in Nigeria so they plan to rig. Why would he come to the masses? The likes of IBB would never want Buhari becos they will rot in jail for corruption. That's why they are All afraid of him

I can't boast of anything good the goverment has done for me or even the youths.

  39. You want corruption to end in Nigeria, but you still want to vote GEJ, tell me any other defintion of hypocrisy combined with irony. No single indictment after all the publicised cases. Police pension scam , subsidy scam, nnpc... The list is endless. After reading comments from this blog and so many other blogs I realised that we truly deserve the leaders we get. Yahoo yahoo boys are sent to jail while GEJ pardons Alams and Bode George. Big shame, seems people enjoy suffering and complaining but enjoy things the way they are. They say only an insane man will do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. Hmmmmm

  42. Why are you complaining Stella. The BP candidate of the A.P.C was meeting with the masses on the BRT bus and at the Palms. You complained. I wonder if he was to go into their bedrooms to campaign or its a crime to canvass for votes. I wonder if you expect men who succeed in their chosen fields to be riding okada everyday because they want to prove a point to you. Now your brother and pay master his meeting those who control him you are complaining again. You want change but don't want to change your approach. Shame on you all. Vote him in and in 6months from now you all will come here to complain. Hypocrisy!

    1. How I wish Stella will post this my comment. IBB will NEVER Vote.for Buhari. IBB overthrew Buhari Govt during the Military. kept Buhari in Jail for 3years. prevented Buhari from going to his Mother's Burial. ( IBB was Buhari's Chief of Staff) IBB will be the second person to catch when he emerge as President While OBJ number one. So in as Much Baba is condemning the govt jonathan he wishes him to remain there instead of Buhari. Buhari cann't rule Nigeria. it has to be in another Planet. My 2 Cents

People like IBB, Ciroma, Sultan of Sokoto, Emir of Kano, Rabiu,Obj, Atiku, El-Rufai and many others are people that will decide the outcome of any political aspirant chances of wining next general election. The have the power and influence over common nigerians.
