DeleteStella dear, thanks for this wonderful post. After reading this post, I was amazed, never knew banana is such a super fruit. So as the Ms inquisitive that I am, LOL, I went fishing for more information on Banana. Here are my findings, permit me to to share please.
Delete1) Teeth whitening:
Take a pieces of inside if the bananas peels,gently rub it around on your teeth for 2 minutes.
The amazing minerals like potassium, magnesium and manganese contained in the banana peels absorbs into the teeth and whiten it.

get one banana, one teaspoon of fresh orange, one teaspoon of fresh yogurt. Mix together to form a paste and apply on your face. Women require 700 micrograms of daily vitamin A, and men need 900 micrograms, explains the Office of Dietary Supplements. One 6-inch banana has nearly 10 micrograms of vitamin A. Bananas also contain alpha-carotene and beta-carotene, which convert to vitamin A to further keep your eyes healthy.
