BLOG VISITOR REPORT ON WOMAN THAT LOST 3 KIDS IN FIRE OUTBREAK
Stella Good evening to u, i'm sending this mail concerning the woman that lost her 3kids in that amuwo fire outbreak, the real news is that the woman is not in the hospital @ all, she's presently in her church (Celestial Catheral before ago if you are coming from Festac) .The couple are presently in that church for now. And its not true that their pastor gave her the candle she used, NOT TRUE. The truth is there was no light, that evening and she put her older 2kids to bed and went downstairs with the 9month old baby.After a while she took the last baby upstairs to join them and she came downstairs gisting with her husband when after a while they discovered the fire outbreak but by then it was too late. All this incident happened within an hour,I guess the kids screamed for help but the generator noises didnt help the situation before the fire service people came to put off the fire. Infact the two younger kids were in the arms of the eldest one.
I got this info now frm the woman's neighbour and good friend now.

It is called TABITHA Tent.. perhaps you can ask the lady with clothes ( and others) as well to come donate for the day. December 6, 2014. People can also donate foodstuff. It is a programme that has been on for more than 8 years.

ReplyDeleteI repeat, how did the other neighbors escape with all the generators everywhere? Which husband and wife stay outside the building in the estate to gist from 9pm on sunday night ? Till 10pm? When Monday is school and work? And armed robbers on the prowl? They lived on the 2nd floor, then came to ground floor to gist in her shop or where? Is it not mile2 estate that I know very well? Whatever the version of the story, she was careless period!

ReplyDeleteAbout 5 years ago, a similar fire incident happened directly opposite the shopping center, close to the main entrance after the pedestrian bridge going to festac.
A woman celebrated her child's one Year birthday. The next day around 3am, there was a fire outbreak due to an eletrical spark. She rushed outside with all her children, raising alarm. Her neighbor opposite escaped with some of their belongings, including the other 4 neighbors downstairs. But this woman, locked her entrance door and forgot her sick mother, whom she brought from the hospital the previous day to recuperate in her home and joined in celebrating her grandchild's birthday. The people in the estate did wonderfully well to control and quench the fire that it did not spread, only the 2 flats on the top floor were destroyed. Her mother's corpse was found by the entrance door, completly burnt in a sitting position. It was obvious,the sick woman managed to drag herself to the door and found the door locked! And this woman was asked if anybody was in her flat when people came to help! When asked, Why she locked the door? She said, she didn't want the touts around the park to come in and steal her stuff why helping to quench the fire!
Rumors said that, she and her husband used her mother for sacrifice, but her husband was not around during his child's birthday celebration and when the incident happened! And people who witnessed the party, said it was a lavish party for a year old birthday. The flats were rebuilt later.
My questions were: how could she forget her mother in a 2 tiny bedroom flat? Why didn't she drag her mother out, even on her buttocks? Why lock a door when the fire started there? How would the fire be quenched if locked? There was enough time for other residents to save some of their stuff, and she could not remember her own mother during that time?
Something was fishy, as this recent incident, I ask again, where was the key to the flat? Why didn't they run up and try to open the door? Gisting till 10pm outside on a Sunday.night? MOST ESTATE RESIDENTS ARE INSIDE THEIR HOMES SLEEPING OR WATCHING TV! EVERYWHERE IS PITCH BLACK, WITH ONLY THE NOISE OF GENERATORS AND SMELL OF FUME THAT PERMEATES THE AIR!
I am angry SDK, that is why I am ranting.
