Blessing Okagbare Weds Jude Igheteguona As Uduaghan Gives His Blessings.
Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta state gave his blessings as Sapele born Africa's fastest woman,Blessing Okagbare got set to marry her long time friend,Jude Igho Otegheri Igheteguona in Sapele,Delta state.
