ReplyDelete@Posh Midwife, I do a 30 - 45 minute workout video every morning. Jillian Michaels and some Kick boxing and butt stuff. But I need more cardio. I climb to the 12th floor at work everyday so it's tough for the video cardio to challenge me and build endurance. That's why I want to add the bike riding and swimming n alternating days. I have concrete thighs but you can't see them for all the orobo covering them.
