 I love your blog like Kilode Infact i'm addicted..... it's so entertaining especially when I read comments of other blog visitors. You do something I love a lot, you drop comments in the comment section.

 Its my birthday today September 28, Abeg make una help me thank God‎ for the gift of life, I'm truly grateful to him. He has blessed me with a loving husband, 2 beautiful children and many other blessings. What more can I say??? Thanks be to God.

      Just watch what you eat dear..do you take more of carbs,no fruits?? Walk down the street in the evenings...
      I watched my cravings when I was pregnant(even tho my mom and mom inlaw sd..nne eat whatever you want,lol) I ate early and took fruits at night.i also did some little exercises like walking etc ... I just added the weight sufficient for baby and a few pounds(she weighed 3.8 so I didn't starve her or myself)...few weeks after delivery...I was almost back to my pre-baby weight,now I can wear my old cloths sef..... after losing the weight now,plan better for baby num 2,you will be amazeddddddd

      Naija women, eat fruits and no carbs na una only remedy. If it really worked half of you wouldnt have pot bellies years after delivery. Calories in vs calories out dear. Whether it is carbs, etc. If you undereat you will not lose a pinch. So ladies google your BMR, that is the amount of calories needed for your body to function at your current weight. Then check your BMR at your desired weight and eat to that, the deficit will aid your weight loss. Eat a sufficient amount of carbs, your body needs it. Not all fruits are created equal also. Get some strength training in, it builds muscle that in turn burns fat. There is no such thing as spot training to reduce belly fat especially when you have fat covering the muscle, so get your cardio in! When your kids are asleep or playing take that time to do 20 mins of high intensity cardio, do jumping jacks 30 secs full on, 10 secs rest. Balance your meals, rice should not be naked...put those veggies on there. Good luck.
