Sandra Achums Celebrates Son's 9th Birthday - Pics


Celebrated but relocated actress Sandra Achums celebrated her sons 9th birthday on August 25,2014 and the party took place at the Blu bowl in Nurnberg,Germany where the Actress lives with her Family.



Sandra is blessed with 3 daughters and a son..Her first daughter is wearing braids right.

      Dear Stella help ur boy watch his weight to tackle obesity problems. I'm treating on 10 year old now and it's not funny. Pls put him on diet and exercise, no sodas, junk food, et al. U don't have to post this, it's just a note to u cos I love u as a concerned therapist. Don't feel bad cos it's not because u put his pic I said this. It's because it's u, I would have ignored cos ppl r really touchy about these things

      Hmm anonymous 12:04. There's this age bracket that kids get kinda big, I'm trying to avoid the use of the word 'fat'. But trust me, as they get older they lose the baby fat. I have a daughter who's 8 and will be 9 soon, about a year ago she was huge, but suddenly the weight dropped by itself without any diet or whatever. It doesn't mean they eat junk food cos mine don't eat junk. Except for the occasional eating out but I don't indulge them at home. My son is 11 and went tru the same phase. So with time Stella's am sure will lose his too. When the activities in school become intense. So I see nothing to worry about really. Just saying

      Get to any general hospital, ask for their PEPFAR clinic, the drugs are free...

      Take care of yourself, take your drugs religiously, make fruits and veggies your besties(ugwu leaves juice esp)

      Most importantly, don't give in to depression, hold on to God, don't spread the disease and don't give up on your dreams and you'll be surprised what God will use you to accomplish!!
