The sister was one of the people to have had contact with Dr Ameyo before she passed on via Ebola virus.
Dr Ameyo's sister is allegedly presently under quarantine at Lasuth.

God almighty will heal her,it is well.
ReplyDeleteThis is very sad. I know its not easy sitting back and watching your loved ones slowly die, but please in this case of ebola, try and avoid any physical contact with them as much as possible as you end up endangering your own life and your other loved ones. It is easier said than done, but let's all try. I pity this new case. May God heal her.
ReplyDeleteThe worst thing about this ebola is the way it decimates families, if u have it your family has it, may God help their family and all of us

ReplyDeletei just pray the thought of her been quarantined weigh her down too mch
What kinda calamity is this?
ReplyDeleteDear Lord, pls help this family.
This Ebola is indeed a very bad
ReplyDeletedisease. Once it enters into a family it continues spreading and
this is the more reason the Government should consider postponing the resumption of schools especially in Lagos State. Adults might be very cautions on places they touch and wash hands constantly but the kids might not and tell me a mother or father the child would have fever and look the other way.
Hope this news about the Dr sister is not true anyway.

sad but how much protection did they give themselves? with all the noise about how you contact the disease why did they not protect themselves? we need to wake up and stop being ignorant...you are family is no excuse not to wear protective gear....at least all the index cases to america and uk have not yet infected anyone else but just one patient to Nigeria has infected how many because of our carelessness.....sawyer is dead and gone wake up people...
ReplyDeleteThere is balm in nigeria.woman thou a heal in Jesus name Amen. daniel says so!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd let them keep deceiving us that it is only when the patient is critically ill that the disease can be contactedm.
ReplyDeleteSad....
ReplyDeleteEach time I see her pix, it brings tears to my eyes. God let her Sis, even if she has the virus, be safe, it will be too much for one family.

ReplyDeleteGod forbid oh.....
ReplyDeletebut nigerians should stop being sentimental and realise that if a family member has the virus u must wear protective gear.....nobody will call u a witch or say u dont care.....we are so caught up on what people say and dont do the right thing.....we dont know if this story is true or how she caught it but we just have to wake up.....insulting sawyer and his family wont help....
God pls heal her ooo,,,
ReplyDeleteGod please comfort the affected families.
ReplyDeleteBlood is thicker than water! Ur siblings(good ones o) will stand by you no matter what.I pray her sister survives it.Please, have mercy on her O'Lord.
ReplyDeleteIs she the same sister that Was lodged at a popular lagos spa http://www.stelladimokokorkus.com/2014/08/ebola-virus-outbreak-in-nigeria-update.html?m=1
ReplyDeleteI earnestly pray not because what of the spa staff and other guests that may have been in contract with the staff. Please let the government start being honest. It is easy for an epidemic to break out
Poor lady.
ReplyDeleteThis report is untrue, malicious and unfair. Ami has tested negative and is well. She DOES NOT have ebola. Your prayers are appreciated, well-meaning Nigerians. God bless you.
ReplyDeleteDr Ameyo's sister is fine and negative for ebola. Please take down this false and malicious rumour and allow the family heal and get on with their lives.
