Dats good, nice house.love lydia
ReplyDeleteSDKers pls, am going for an interview this morning @platinum suits ikeja. pls, as a front desk officer what questions shld I expect since I don't av experience on the job. Doh, I'av a Bsc. But I don't want to despise days of little beginning. Thanks
DeleteUse ur fone n google, does sdk lok lik google?
DeleteThey will ask you question relating to front desk and your past experience.Bsc ke?Go establish na.
DeleteD house looks dull and boring - loom @ d tiles. I can't waste my millions on this, jare
Delete@Anonymous 7:59am, God's favour in your interview. Expect questions like-
DeletePlease may we meet you???
Why do you want to join us???
What's your weakness???
As a front desk officer, how do attend to a client???
What's your salary expectations???
Why did you leave your former place of work???
How do you take incoming /outgoing calls???
Good luck and gist me later how it went......
Don't be scared. Just keep calm and be composed. Read psalm 47 several times for favour (if you don't have mobile Bible, google it). Front Desk Officer is also known as a receptionist. You will be the face of the organisation; the first point of contact of the organisation with customers. You have got to be extra patient, calm and respectful even in the face of provocation. Know the company's Mission & Vision statement and what they do.
Delete@Rubynnia thanks a lot. God bless you. Anony 7:59.
DeletePsalm 47 is to be respected, you don't use it for your bosses. Psalm 8 is better for favour jo matter how hard hearted a person is. Best of luck.
DeleteGGB, one psalm is multipurpose. Respected, favoured-no be same we dey talk. When there's favour, respect is bound to occur. Psalm 47 does work for me.
DeleteBest of luck! Think about questions like how would you deal with difficult customers? Tell me a time when you were faced with someone difficult and how did you handle? Tell me a time when you've gone above call of duty in a job? Strenghts/weaknesses? Why do you want this job? What are your goals in 3/5/10years?
DeleteYou may not want the job or be overqualified, but every opportunity God provides you is a stepping stone. My first job out of school by lunch time the first day I know I hated it. I stayed in faith and God was faithful to me. I did those jobs like they were my dream jobs and poured everything into them. 10 years later I am going for interview for asst manager position in oil and gas company. Take the opportunities provided by God as blessings and he will continue to multiply your blessings
Good luck
Dis was d house Danielle okereke posed in front of.d day she said she is now a landlady
ReplyDeleteLiar! It's not the same house, jealous anon.
DeleteSame thinking
DeleteJust wait after the primary election , I think we must have raised enough money then.
ReplyDeleteGd business
ReplyDeleteNa wa for naija. That's over 1million pounds for a duplex.
DeleteI'm sorry but the house looks like a hospital. Nothing special.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back prince jobless. Summer holiday?
DeleteIMO, 220million would buy me 2 or 3 houses in the US. thanks but no thanks.
Stephy
I just looked at the pictures again, 220 million for this crappy house? Finishing is zero. Is that a door in the second picture? Chimoo!!!
DeleteBloody thieves!
Stephy
Stephy 220 million in naira, not dollars. How can 220 million naira buy you 3 houses in US? What kind of house will that be? Please enlighten me!
DeletePrincey!
ReplyDeleteWhere have you been o
Welcome back from your sabbatical
Hello everyone!
Blessed week all
Ginger
220 million is not reasonable. Its too pricey That house will be in the market a long time
ReplyDeleteOya ova 2 dose dt r interested!!!
ReplyDelete220 million!!..Is it free from diseases? Does it fly?...abegi..
ReplyDeleteLovely house
ReplyDeletethats on the high side.
ReplyDeleteI will prefer to use dt amount to build two of these houses myself, dts y most of Nigerians cnt get a decent house of their own, too much money for one simple bulding.
ReplyDelete@ prince jobless u are back again... stupid jobless boy
ReplyDeleteThe pictures look nice, but 220 million? My head is spinning!
ReplyDeleteIf a duplex in Ikeja can cost that much I wonder how much similar houses in Lekki would go for!
Bros u can't compare ikeja gra to lekki oga mi
DeleteDon't mind the JJC to Lag. Ikeja GRA is the 3rd in premium after Banana and Ikoyi. Her type will even call agungi and igbo efon lekki too. It reminds me of one bush girl that came to Lag around 2008 claiming she lives on the island which turns out to be Ajah. Even lekki is not an island,it is a peninsula.
DeleteThe location of a house determine it price, GRA Ikeja is a highbrow area in lagos where an empty plot of land sells for as much as 80million bucks. You don't expect a duplex with a BQ to be less priced in such an area. I would have expect the owner to take more clearer pictures than what we have here. Estate investment is a serious business and marketers should have taken a better view of the home.
ReplyDelete220 million ke?
ReplyDeleteBiko it's not worth it
It doesn't even have a swimming pool
And the finishing is crappy
Waste of time!
With some peoples comment, you know they are really not who they like claiming to be on here.. 220m to build you more than one house? Please go around and find out the cost of land in that area, gra, surulere, island all have high price, before you even start talking about building cost...
ReplyDeletePS: I am not the poster,at least Stella can verify that....
N ur point is wot @ fab mum, people may not be wot dey claim to be here but it dsnt mean dis house is not too expensive for 220mil. Dts where I bring tribalism in, u hardly see an igbo man buy this kind of house with such amount when thr are plenty investment to do unless his money runs in trillions.
DeleteD house is nt up to date...looks lik an old house wiv a failed attempt to give it a facelift....e no gree #40million? #first time commenting# will love to join d SDK family....I hail my egbons
ReplyDelete220 million naira, I wan piss for body. So that's like $1.375 mil if my calculation is not off. How many sq ft? Kilode?
ReplyDeleteTor, goodluck to the lucky buyer. In my opinion, it's too pricey.
Tank u my sis ... Like $1.4M I dy mad? Wey I go buy correct house for $700k for MD...
DeleteWouldv placed an order for a piece, but i don't like showing off. Bauze.
ReplyDeleteI know a big shot in Abj who will be interested, loves properties, but c'mon 220M for that thing? Naaaaah.
ReplyDeleteI wont advise an enemy to go for such...
It's too pricey, and mainland at that.
He/she/They should bring it down to a reasonable price!
Ezenwayi the billionaire's wife, oya quickly order for two. This one is in Ikeja GRA not Ibadan,so no excuse.
ReplyDeletePls don't give excuse that the house is not well finished, you can demolish and rebuild to your state.
Oriegwu!!
DeleteNo more buying Lagos properties for me.
Igbos are now going home to invest.
.
What is the value of land in erosion ridden land with no industrial base.
Delete220m. Money dey naija o!
ReplyDeletena pipu way dy rush for recharge card go get 220 million buy the house?
ReplyDeleteOk continue....
Hahahahaha dead!
DeleteLol...Epic!

DeleteRotfl
DeleteLwkmd
Delete220m? taaa!
ReplyDeleteamount is damn too ridiculous .
i bet 60 mil will fetch you something far better than this.
happy selling!
220 million, whew! If u join d resources of som countries in d world sef e no reach one quarter of 220 million. Abeg is it only d kitchen dat is furnished? Oda parts of d hse nko? One can't pay 220 mill n com in wt furniture.. Hhahaha
ReplyDeleteI know this property... Its #150,000,000 net. Its 10 units in the close. 2 have been sold already. Nice location tho. Its worth it if you've got the dough.

ReplyDeleteIt is over prized.
ReplyDeleteOverpriced is the word Moi. Prize is synonymous to reward.
DeleteThe property looks tight jor, but e cost ooo, is this the last price
ReplyDeleteThis house is also sold here - http://www.buyahouse.com.ng/ for N175M.
ReplyDeleteOle ni e oooo dear poster!!!
Yes o Stella. This BV is right, it's the same house and it goes for 175 million. You will even see better pictures on that site.
Delete220million naira ,how can nigeria ,move forward and the money most be paid full ,nigerians is time we start learning from the west ,they dont make life difficult for themselves like this
ReplyDeletena pipu way dy rush for recharge card go get 220 million buy the house?
ReplyDeleteWith God all things are possible. Hehehehehe
It is severely overpriced, but quite lovely. Wish there was some hardwood flooring and not all tiles.
ReplyDeleteOh shut up some of you about the location blah, blah, blah. Who is going to pay 220 mil for a duplex? This is not a free standing single family home, you still hitched to someone else. Worse in a flood prone location.
ReplyDeleteIkeja GRA is flood prone? What are u smoking bruv/sista? It must be very cheap.
