I personally read all Billie' comments, they mostly come across as extremely invasive and sometimes offensive but she is a very brilliant person....utterly gifted in the art of writing and yes I have thoroughly enjoyed her comments.
I know it hurts but sometimes constructive criticisms stir up that spirit in us to act. One day I got to work and my colleague asked if I was pregnant, I wasn't and I was bitter about the remark but when I got to the house, I stood before my mirror and told myself the bitter truth. Today, I have not just lost all the tommy fat, but I have gone down to my usual UK size 10. I haven't felt happier.
Ladies, we need to make that SACRIFICE. ..Fat is bad and apart from robbing us of our confidence, it precipitates all manner of diseases.

Delete@ anon 10.23, I skipped every morning. Did like 200 or 250 jumps. D type of skipping u do by jumping with both legs o, not d type that is done like u r jogging. After d first three days I almost gave up. Cos I had serious body pain. But after that it got better, and twas fun. I started with 50, then increased it slowly. I also ate just one main meal, and did more of fruits especially in the evenings. Try it out, all d best.
