    Lol. Security man for 20k? Mehn, that ain't no security man please. He will gladly open the door for robbers if they attack (God forbid that robbers do attack). Who wants to risk his life for 20k. You should say you're looking for a doorman/ gate man that will wear a uniform. A security man should even earn more than a driver but hey, welcome to Nigeria.
