The current senate has 10 former governors in its fold, including Senator Bukola Saraki (Kwara), George Akume (Benue); Kabiru Gaya (Kano), Shaba Lafiagi (Kwara), Abdullahi Adamu (Nasarawa), Joshua Dariye (Plateau), Chris Ngige (Anambra), Bukar Abba Ibrahim (Yobe) and Ahmad Rufai Sani Yerima (Zamfara).....why are they all running to the senate?if some of them could not perform as governors,why the heck will they want to go to senate and be part of the process to a better Nigeria?.....Mscheeeew!

US death row inmate Joseph Wood has died after an execution in Arizona took nearly two hours to kill him.
Wood, a double murderer, was executed by lethal injection.
His lawyers filed an appeal for an emergency stay of execution, after he had been "gasping and snorting for more than an hour" in the death chamber.
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer says she has ordered a full review of the execution, although she said that Wood "died in a lawful manner".
Wood's lawyers argued the extended execution process violated his right to be executed in the absence of cruel and unusual punishment.
Ms Brewer said: "By eyewitness and medical accounts he did not suffer. This is in stark comparison to the gruesome, vicious suffering that he inflicted on his two victims, and the lifetime of suffering he has caused their family."
Wood was convicted of the 1989 murders of his girlfriend and her father
The execution should have taken 10 minutes, his lawyers said, but Wood, 55, gasped more than 600 times before he died.
It began at 13:52 (20:52 GMT), and Wood was pronounced dead at 15:49, one hour and 57 minutes later, according to the Arizona attorney-general's office.
He was convicted of the 1989 murders of his estranged girlfriend Debra Dietz and her father Eugene Dietz.
Family members of the victims were unconcerned by the way the execution was carried out.
"This man conducted a horrific murder and you guys are going, let's worry about the drugs,'' said Richard Brown.
"Why didn't they give him a bullet?"
Wood's lawyers had sought to force Arizona to name the manufacturers of the drugs used in the execution, but a last-ditch ruling by the US Supreme Court cleared the way for the execution to go ahead....WOW,why wasnt he jailed for life?so someones job is to officially kill other people?

Unfortunately the divorce rate will keep rising because nowadays people in relationships are more tolerant than married couples. Read the post on the lady who has been married for 10 years who says their sex life is nonexistent, then read the comments. True marriage isn't a do or die affair but can people please put their backs into trying hard to make it work before throwing in the towel? Really sad! Yet people get so judgmental when ladies within a certain age group aren't married yet.

But my case am still single,though I kept my virginity till my 20's..

Don't get fooled by what you see from the outside, not all marriages are as rosy as them seem. Some of the girls you think ate the cakes and still have them, get satisfaction outside the "happy marriage". God is faithful and those who trust Him will never be put to shame. Also get to know the way the world works nowadays, don't be naive. You can be "street smart" without compromising your values because unfortunately, some good girls are incredibly naive and too trusting. When they get played or hurt they blame God for it.
