Had a nasty experience with Arik on the 30th of May, 2014. I complained and wrote to them only to get a rude mail from them this morning. I lost N12k plus on the flight but
after my complaint the next day, the guys there informed me that the flight attendants had reported about 4k plus...infact, a difference of EXACTLY 8k.
I need to reach a higher person there other than the default 'talktous' email addy.
This forum has only informed me more that these attendants are clearly crooks and I intend to pursue this to a logical conclusion - my funds back.
Please, help me with contact details of anyone higher up there that I can speak with''

ReplyDeleteArik is messed up. A friend whom I escorted to the airport flew with Arik on the 13th of this month. She was called before take off that they suspect she has cocaine in her luggage. She was gripped with fear because there was no padlock on the bag and she thought someone had probably dropped it inside. She responded to the call and was asked the content of the bag. After a thorough search, nothing was found but just clothes and their final words were "we are sorry about the mistake". Just imaine!!! BEWARE OF ARIK. She was speechless because of her initial fears if not, she for threaten them with a law suit.

ReplyDeleteNine samsung Note 3 phones were stolen from my luggage on my flight to lagos from New York on d 6th of june 2014.Arrived home to give out d phones as a gift.....then I had d shock of my life, not even 1 was left behind. I only blamed myself for checking d phones in. Heartbreak. ..lesson learnt for life.
ReplyDeleteDid you keep it in your hand luggage or checked in luggage. If it's checked in luggage then it's your fault. No airline is liable to valuables in your checked in luggage.
