    2. I actually see some that come to Aba and buy slippers, costume jewelries or sample materials, dose kind females use to sew gowns. Sum of dem sew and sell, sum just sell d materials like that. With 20k in Aba or Onitsha mkt u wud buy a whole lot of bail materials. Back to the matter - Ibadan??? na only the land waka come? What of EFCC agent or Lawyer to prove this land isn't for OREOLUWA ADESAKIN? Them no come? Issokay.

    3. If u have space where u stay, contact a pure water company and start buying in hundreds, a discount should come with it and in turn U'll sell to others and make some change on dt.

  13. I quite understand your fear ma'am. I can assure you that this has been well verified by professionals before the advert placement. I do a lot of sales as this will not be the first. The Certificate of Occupancy is with my firm and all the necessary searches has been done. You have the right to ask your lawyer to also verify before sale agreement. I have my name to protect.
