Leapworld Limited is currently sourcing for the right candidates to take up roles in her client’s organization. Our client is a well diversified financial Services group with interests in INSURANCE, ASSET MANAGEMENT , REAL ESTATE , BUREAU DE CHANGE, LEASING AND COMMODITIES EXPORTS.  As part of its strategic  restructuring exercise our client is desirous of  ambitious, confident, aggressive, motivated entrepreneurs’ for its subsidiaries:





(A)  INSURANCE BROKERAGE



(1)     Job reference: Fin-CMO

Job title: General Manager/ Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma (with minimum of lower credit) in Insurance or other related field.  Professional membership of CIIN (an added advantage).

· Sound technical, leadership, managerial and excellent communication skills with extensive network of contacts

· A good understanding of the Private & commercial environment

· Not more than 45 years old.

· Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in an Insurance company or Brokerage firm

Remuneration:   Attractive with several perks and incentives





(2)    Job reference: Fin-BDE-LG (Lagos); Fin-BDM-PH (PortHarcourt) and Fin-BDM-ABJ (Abuja)

Job title: Business Development /Marketing Executives

Location: Lagos, PortHarcourt and Abuja

            Function: Sales of Insurance Products to Corporates, Private and Public Sector

Requirements:

· Higher National Diploma (with minimum of lower credit)in Insurance or other related field. Part Professional CIIN qualification will be an added advantage.

· Good human relation and communication skills

· Passionate, Ambitious and Aggressive Team player

· Between 25 and 35 years old

· Minimum of 3 years cognate experience. Preferably in an Insurance company,a Brokerage or a Finance house.

 (3)    Job reference: Fin-UDW

Job title: Underwriter

Location: Lagos

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma (with minimum of lower credit) in Insurance or other related field. Professional membership of CIIN (an added advantage).

· Sound Technical, Human relations and communication skills

· A good knowledge of the regulatory environment of the industry.

· Not more than 40 years old .

· Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in an Insurance company or Brokerage firm

(B)   BUREAU DE CHANGE

The BDC, licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria offering foreign exchange services to end users of major currencies namely, Personal Travel Allowance (PTA), Business Travel Allowance (BTA), Medical Allowances,School Fees/Medical Fees e.t.c is desirous of:

Job reference: Fin-BDC

Job title: Marketing executives

Location: Lagos

 Description: The candidate shall be given the opportunity to innovate and run the                                 business development and trading functions of the BDC.

Requirements:

·         Experience in Foreign Exchange Products Marketing in line with CBN guidelines.

·         Computer literate

·         Candidate must be well experienced in foreign exchange CBN rules, market dynamics, Target customers (buyers and sellers).

    1. Now this is what looks real and genuine to those seeking employment. I don't understand why some companies will be using gmail.com, yahoo.com, etcetera as a business email add. Doesn't take much to have a proper customised email add. Goodluck to those that will apply....

I like the age Limit, not those ones that encourage people to lie and Swear affidavit reducing their ages, "not more than 26yrs" as if everybody was Lucky enough to finish school early, what about those adults that weren't opportuned to be educated, that saved and saw the need to get educated?

  3. All I see here is 7yrs,3yrs. And ma question is dis,all d fresh graduates in d labour mrkt lookn 4 job witout d so calld experience. Hw ll dy be experienced if u dnt employ dem. SMH

    1. Thats why it's advisable to start gathering the experience imm, even if its teaching. There are also jobs for freshers, this 1 isn't just one of them.

Anno @9.59am let me tell you a lot of fresh graduates don't want to work all they are waiting for is 100k job.For heaven sake look for something and do to boost your Cv even if its a 40k job just do it for the experience then from there you can start climbing. Did a lot of "odd jobs" to get to where i am today.

Nigerian employers give room to lies, infact they encourage it.That is why some people will so reduce their age to the extent that primary school will be out of their CV in their bid to get employed. Why not employ people based on their ability to deliver not age not 62 years working experience? God help us in this our country.

    Nigerian Employers please start hiring Fresh Graduates ( 0 to 2 years experience) and training them to your specs!
