On Febuary 22,2014 excited and in love,they arrived Church venue to be declared man and wife,unfortunately the wedding did not hold because the groom called it off after his church Doctors declared that his wife to be Cynthia was pregnant....Pregnant?The groom was upset because he was yet to touch her....Read the Original story HERE and HERE
The groom married the bride on Saturday May 31,2014... It was a small ceremony and was held in an Anglican church in Abuja and not in the church that had Docs who proclaimed her pregnant.
According to my friend who attended ''He was just all over her and looked for every opportunity to touch and smile at her. The way they were staring into each others eyes eh,you will see the power of love''!
Thank God their story ended this way,i dont know if he found out the Church Docs were wrong or if he decided to forgive her and marry her,what i do know is that on both sides,it takes the Grace of God to forgive and move on..

But at my 20 week scan I was shown my sons face clearly because he was staring at the scan cord invading his space lol. He is so beautiful I can't get his face out of my mind. He looks exactly like his dad. This has stopped my fear of giving birth because I'm so excited and counting down till the day he is born because il have hugs and kisses on tap hahaha. I tell my son everyday that I want to see his face at 37wks I cannot wait till 40wks I'm too excited.
DeleteJust think that our bodies are built to give birth. I avnt done my birth plan but will see my midwife on Monday and tell him I want epidural in my birth plan because I cannot come and die from pain. Although I pray my son is born before the epidural is administered.

I know a story and cos I know my fellow SDKers like amebo, I will spill!
A guy came from the US and met this certain young girl at Ibadan, they started dating and he decided to marry her.
On the day of engagement, his closest pals, mostly from the US arrived after the engagement but in good time for the wedding. The said friends asked to see their. "Iyawo" and when she came! Everyone froze!
What happened.... hmmmmm
The friends disagreed but came to the conclusion that they have to tell!
They called the "groom" and told him, they've all slept with the "Iyawo"
After pondering, the guy went ahead with the wedding, without saying a word!
After the wedding, he called a meeting with both parents present and spilled, the "iiyawo" was so ashamed. He said that he went ahead with the wedding to save both families from embarrassment, after this, he went back to the US without her but with a promise to send divorce papers!
This may be wrong religiously, spiritually and ethically but I think it's a better option!
In the case of these people, mayb they couldn't go ahead cos the Church won't but he should have stood by her!
